It has been past 10 days now and still didn't get any answer from the support. There are 4.7 BTC locked in one of their wallet and they won't fucking answer me back! Selective scammer?! That's what I'm thinking...we're talking about 1,000 EURO  not 10 euro.

I'm so disappointed.

I'm waiting for my 4.66 btc in the account. Past 11 confirmations now. Sent ticket to the support, I used it a few before (around 10 btc) and never had problem, over 6 confirmations the balance appeared. But now it's taking too long, and I'm a bit worried.

I'll update the post as soon as I receive an update from the support.

today I downloaded Electrum and everything was good. I received my btc and everything, but when I'm trying to send the BTC to another wallet a pop-up open saying that the application crashed.
Still have the balance and can't send the BTC to any wallet.

Can someone help? How do I fix it?
