I am not often on the forum anymore, but our website and service is always running, with our team more than happy to assist with anything you need.
Bittrust linked above is the best place to get real reviews, during the bubble in 2017 we were overwhelmed for a very short period due to huge demand and not enough staff, but all refunds were sent as needed, and we now have a large team of account managers.
The bad review from November 2018 we did send that client a partial refund (we were upgrading our services at this time and some very small sites were missed, nothing major and he did receive ALL the unique featured articles we offer, he did not understand the value of our service, and that if you go to all the sites directly what we offer will cost much more), but he has still left us such a negative review because you cannot please everyone unfortunately.
He also received the over 500 publications that we do guarantee, so to be honest his review is really unfair.
The vast majority of our clients have positive experiences (we take customer satisfaction very seriously which is how we have been doing this for so long) and come back again and again.
