So it's being rewarded if the volume goes up? Which volume? WRC or linked currency?
If the WRC price is falling then the WRC volume increases and this shouldn't be rewarded!

... on the left panel, there is "Top Token Balances", is that the current token balance that HitBTC has?
Yeah, if that amount is low, your withdrawal request will be stuck for hours, days or weeks and you will find yourself hanging around in HitBTC forums and suffer from bad insomnia.

I have an advise for those of you who want to withdraw WRC from HitBTC.

For each token they have various other Ether Accounts, from where withdrawals are sent.
Their Worldcore account looks like that: https://etherscan.io/address/0x6e3a812e4b19d8dd8c25a3e2e54a127b75ec7033#tokentxns
Unfortunately they let those account become empty, and they leave it in an empty state for days before transfering more funds to those accounts.
So my advise is to check their Worldcore Token account, if there are enough funds on it:

You're smart. You told me the WRC token from HITBTC to OKEX, and tell me how long it took. There's a lot of difference in the middle, you can move bricks. 
It took 56 hours. I will never use HitBTC again. This have been the worst two days of my life, because I've been moving all my earnings - so I had constant fear of being scammed etc.

The first and the consecutive transaction, is it to HitBTC or to OKex? I'm confused.
Anyway, I was able to deposit my WRC to HitBTC on 28th December without any issue. I've never tried withdrawing though.

Transactions to HitBTC worked of course. I wanted to get my WRC coins out of HitBTC to OKEX tonight

i was afraid of all the scam statements about hitbtc and tried to transfer my WRC to OKEX.
first I transfered 1 WRC which immediately succeded.
then i transfered the rest and it's stuck for 10 hours already.
the eth address of hitbtc seems to be https://www.etherchain.org/account/6e3a812e4b19d8dd8c25a3e2e54a127b75ec7033#transactions
anyone else of you having troubles? i'm going insane because it's really much money for me.
