DEV is neither competent nor has brains to figure out what to do next, he just know how to use AI and create PEPE pictures which even a retard kid can do it anytime. He caused loss of money to both miners as well as investors. 100s of petabytes of hash rates is now worth 0, lots of electricity wasted due to his poor decisions.

BTW he pre-mined 1 millions coins for himself in the old chain, everyone knows this now. His telegram channel is now full of BOTS who are looting innocent users daily. He doesn't even ban them. You guys can check anytime. I think he is looting gullible people both ways now.
