Looking at the chart, looks like it was one big, long pump and dump.

I stupidly converted my ETH to USDT, thinking it was US currency. My hope was to trade it for another altcoin. I didn't see the tool where you can trade coin for coin. It turns out Bittrex doesn't allow any sort of conversion or sale of USDT. Not entirely sure why they would allow people to buy it.
Anyways, there is no point in making a tether account. I need to convert this within Bittrex. Can someone help? Their support has been unresponsive so far.

After what's happened the past couple weeks to crypto markets, you should've kept that tether. It's more stable against the dollar.

You guys need to seriously reconsider your investment in this. All im seeing is people wanting to make a quick buck and crying because the tokens weren't distributed instantly. Crypto seems top be coming full of self entitled ar*eholes who are acting like desperate children.
The token release is most likely delayed due to the hack.
In fact its not even delayed as it was always intended in August and we are not even in the middle yet.
We all want product but some of you obviously have no idea whats involved when demanding product just a few weeks after ICO. It will take the dev team time. If you don't believe in it why did you buy the ICO? For just a quick buck?
The more time the team wastes answering your childish requests the less time they have to actually work so please leave them alone to do their job.
Go to an exchange and sell your coins if you're not happy instead of whinging and whining like spoilt brats on this forum.

Seriously, there are still conflicting reports about whether or not it'll be today. And if it's today, how much time will there be to even read the terms. That would not leave a good first impression.

No one personally gets 10 %, they all go towards development just like the BTC we raise in the ICO does. The 10M KMD coins are part of the capital we will have.
Point is, in both cases there'll be an "overhang" of founder/dev dumpable supply - 20% in Zcash's case, 10% in yours.

Yes, there are no founder mining rewards.
In launch we will sell 90M KMD coins out of the 100M. The remaning 10M is reserved for development, advisers and bounties.

The mining is different from Zcash because we are building the dPoW consensus on top of the Zcash equihash PoW mining. This means that the Notary Nodes will do majority of the mining with an easier difficulty, and the other normal nodes will have a higher 'normal difficulty'. Thus it is not economical to mine KMD with normal nodes, but the system ensures that the mining (and the network) continues even if the notary nodes would disappear for some reason.

What's the difference between regular and notary nodes? Does zcash have notary nodes?
The Notary Nodes will receive blockrewards and the tx fees.

You have all the info in front page. 20% founder reward is a scammy practice and Komodo's design has nothing to do with that supply model.
and it doesnt come with that trusted custodian thing either?
