Deciphered the sound cloud file:

T I  A UD T DIMCIATDRL THERE ARE MORE THAN 30 BRAINWALLETS. YOU CAN FIND THE 31ST BRAINWALLET WHERE IT ALL STARTED. IN THE STARTOF THE THE BEGINNING. STARTS WITH PAPA END WITH MIKE. K3R3Y0P1T VEN EU

I translate it to:

"DIMCIATDRAI THERE ARE MORE THAN 30 BRAINWALLETS. YOU CAN FIND THE 31ST BRAINWALLET WHERE IT ALL STARTED. IN THE STARTOF THE THE BEGINNING. STARTS WITH PAPA END WITH MIKE. K3R3Y0P1T"

With errors (typos?) and everything.

In the beginning it says DIMCIATDRAI. If you take every second letter starting from the first you get, DMITRI with the left over words ICADA. Does anybody know what it means?

Hmm, I am guessing it refers to CICADA 3301   ---> K3R3Y0P1T
But why would it refer to CICADA 3301 Games?

Beat you by about a minute and a half. Wink

Actually, I saw the 3301 and suspected this awhile ago, but the ICADA comment above clinched it for me. No clue what it means though.
Rail fence 5 of DIMCIATDRL = DMITRICADL of K3R3Y0P1T = 3301KRYPT
Now how do we decrypt T I  A UD T VEN EU

I think the walls are temporary. They are intended to lock in a price while the money is being deposited into the exchange. Then they'll be lifted two seconds before a large purchase of 1200-2000 Btc on Wednesday or Thursday morning between 6-9 am PDT. Watch for a $15-25 spike then there will be a quick sell off by miners to cash in on the pump. A price war then a push down with small walls before another big buy then a push down so miners are forced to lower the price for the next move in two weeks where trading will be forced to $415 for a better buy of 2000-2800 Btc. Makes you wonder...

If anyone has the order book history of 9-4-2014 for Bitstamp, there were walls, then there weren't any, they can confirm this, check out this chart.
