Its maybe a bit harsh saying it but it almost feels like the "FIMK community" was only acknowledged by devs before and immediately after the record IPO and now its almost as if we are told to just go away and leave them to it. I think its dangerous to ignore what people are asking for. Good example is Dgex. Everyone wanted the Graviton to evolve but he just would not listen and kept on trying to do things his way and I am sad to say its going to take a miracle to get Dgex to be a competitive exchange again. No one knows about FIMK because its not listed so even if the devs create something amazing who is going to know about it.

does anyone know when or if fimk will trade anywhere else than Dgex. Actual accurate decent trade volume will definitely help get FIMK more exposure.

No use of voting on BTER. They are not adding the coins from voting list
Is that an observation or information?Is it worth taking some of the IPO money and vote FIMK to the top on Bter anyway. They are sure to take notice of it then and add it

some official news or a statement from Dgex would be great. I remember Graviton saying in a shareholder letter that he's close with the FIMK dev's so maybe they can get a update from him to help the community move forward. I know of a lot of people that have most or all of their holdings in Dgex so even if FIMK gets launched on Bter there is not much they can do

Re-opening will not likely happen before late next week. TBH I need a short break to get back to the fight. Guarding people's NXT 7 months straight and topping it off with a -70k EUR reward can get to your bones you know.
So, I guess, not before weekend. Or even later, according to the DGEX development 'speed' in the past.
If that's the case then really they need to find a way to allow people to at least withdraw their dgex FIMK holdings

BTER is coming, other exchanges, ventures and deals are coming. 3 days of slowness onduring a July weekend and this sort of flack, sheesh!
It's a little funny with all this impatience in crypto world. Say you invest in stock or savings bonds or whatever, you don't chat daily on basis on forums with the entrepreneur or bank or whatever
I cant really see how you can compare stocks and savings bonds to crypto's where the trading is 24/7 and 95% of people trade their crypto themselves.
Also I wonder what would happen if one of the major stock exchanges in the world shuts down for 5 days and no ones knows when it will re-open.

Little is quite the understatement.. No activity whatsoever is more like it. None on the English based resources anyway --website or forums. Either there's a monumental amount of effort going into some undertaking supporting an aspect of FIMK that hasn't been revealed to the general community, or this has been an extremely successful quarter million dollar scam. If the former is the case it would only explain the absence of the devs and not the other members of the team. It makes me worry more than just a little that merely a fraction of that IPO money could easily purchase a good amount of quality marketing, public relations, web-design, etc. and yet by all appearances none of that has happened. We're not even on a single exchange at the moment!
They could pass out a bit of coin to anyone that submits proof they've contacted the bter people to list FIMK and/or prove they're actively been voting for it. That would get FIMK on there in no time at all. A faucet voluntarily funded by those of us that feel generous would be pretty easy to do as well. These are just some among many things other groups have accomplished in short time with much less resources at their disposal.

Be as it may we can not get around the fact that that at the moment there is a damaging article about FIMK on the web and whoever outside the community reads it will think FIMK is a joke. We can not afford that. There are hundreds of coins out there and not everyone takes the time to do the research on each coin. At the moment itd " What's this FIMK"
I agree that FIMK is not a pump and dump coin and that we need to look to the long term future but I can not help but think that a massive opportunity was missed to really put FIMK on the map straight after IPO when a lot of buzz was created because of the 533 BTC raised. Once you have that kind of momentum you can not sit back and relax. A lot of us believe in FIMK and the dev team but we will be stupid if we think that without any marketing or effort from the community that this will be a success.
Its not Dgex's fault but the fact that trading has been stopped is a blow and we cant blame crappy journalism for anything. Most people belive what their told by the media so I think its time to use some of the 533 BTC and launch this rocket.
I am sure people in the community will be happy to help once we get a idea which direction the dev team wants to go.

I have a challenge for the FIMK community. A friend of mine and his wife are going cycle from London to Paris on the 5th - 8th August to raise funds for a charity. Their goal is to raise £3000 in 28 days until the event. You can read more about their cause here http://bike4youth.tumblr.com/cause
Neither of them are cyclist so this is quite a challenge for them and I really want to help them out as much as I can therefore I have set up a donations account below and will donate 100,000 FIMK to their cause now and until the 5th of August all the FIMK I forge.
I made a few calculations and at the current BTC and FIMK rates £3000 translates to roughly 1,700,000 FIMK. That 's not too much to ask and seeing as this is a new crytpo and the forging working brilliantly, I think something great to get involved in.
I also propose that all the donations received over £3000 stay in the donations account to keep forging and then monthly we donate what's forged to the same or other charities.

Bullshit gtfo with your scam. I can set up a website + story in few minutes create a new address send 100k to it and let it look like its legit. After the time runs out Im gonna disappear with the donations, bye.
No need to be rude mate and before you call it a scam did you even bother to click on any one of the links to see which charity is supported. Since you claim it so easy to set up a scam maybe your the one with the people should be aware of.
