Yes, of course. After the release of our DRC APP, everyone can apply for help in our app if he is really in need. There is no region limitation. The requirement for the patient is to post his situation on our app, and the users decide whether they would like to donate for the patient. And the DRC Mutual fund is different from DRC APP.
