Guys I have MSI Armor RX 580 8GB.

Problem i have is Polaris bios mod utility shows that gpu has Hynix and Samsung memory, and both got only up to 2000 timings.

I tryed kinda standard timing for both memory, but so far i got stable 30 Mh -cclock 1300 -cvddc 970 -mclock 2160  (using around 98 W says HWInfo)
which is ok, just wonder if there is maybe better timings...

Does anyone have experience with those that could help me?

Also currently is it better to mine with windows or linux on those cards?!

Guys what is SRR option?

also when i set minimum temp=25 or lower, it wont go lower than 30

(using v0019 with updating)
Why you wana set it to 25 or lower ?
Even a standby GPU temp is higher than that.
Dont kill your fans just to take temp down.

Back at version v0018, I had problem with mining not working when system started and launcher mining.
Claymore couldt connect, socket error.
If i started claymore manualy, then it worked..
That error was fixed later when i downloaded fixed scripts.

But now i installed fresh v0019 and same thing happening Cheesy

Im mining ETH with claymore 9.7-9.8 (genoil and ethminer have same problems)

Also i did update using 1update bash and rebooted.

Help ?! Cheesy
whats the output of
Code:
ps aux | grep miner
are you mining with remote setting or local ?
are you using upPaste?

Im using remote (at v0018 it didt matter if it was local or remote it still didt want to connect when mining)
not using parallax mode

after it didt work i tryed executing bash 4update and rebooting.
my upPaste hmm?! pasteBASH="uZNXXJuE"

m1        2376  0.0  0.0  27188  2884 ?        Ss   13:39   0:00 SCREEN -dmS miner /home/m1/eth/9_8/ethdcrminer64 -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal (my add i removed)/nvQ -epsw x -mode 1 -dbg -1

Should it be address.name of miner not /

Yes i forgot to change to DOT Cheesy didt even see that Cheesy

Well thanks for help Cheesy

Greetings!

Thanks for nice mining distro Cheesy

My external HD is where I boot from, and since im happy with how it works, Im wondering how could i move this external HD image to my internal M2.1 SSD,
but I Also have windows on this SSD.
Can i copy it somehow and keep having dual boot, or just copy without dual boot..

Unless you are very comfortable manually editing partitions; I don't recommend dual booting from your m2.  You can image the m2 and overwrite the current install; but I don't recommend this as; there is no need to use an m2 for mining.  A USB key or your external HDD should be sufficient.  Note v0019 applies osnwt's fix to remove an unused swap significantly reducing boot time.  Most of my USB keys boot in under 45 seconds; SSDs in under 25.

Where do i get v0019?!
