Haven't you thought about making a roadmap for your project? I see there will be an ICO, but the schedule is unknown. I can't even see what stage of development the project is in right now. It was good you have the whitepaper, but still need the roadmap.
Also take the time to update the information about your team in the whitepaper, it looks like many social media accounts have links that don't match with the name that mentioned.

QWLA network using good security method - keeps 51% of the tokens in a safe unable to be held in wallets

is there no community group for the $ QWLA project? many want to be questioned but it is quite difficult to tell everything here, we need it and for sure there will be many people who will ask questions and share how the truth is about $ QWLA, and many other things that can be told
This is something we are working on, its very important for any successful project. We have started more community knowledge transfers and building a community through Medium and Twitter. We have a Telegram & Discord channel opening also. Ideally, we will focus on a community manager or member leader very soon. Thank you for the feed back!
upon checking your eth smart contract, it was deployed almost 3 years ago, what happened in those past years why this project has not been launched much earlier? also, it means this has been on the works for quite some time and i believe you can publish substantial info on your website once it is up and running.
