Je publie l'une de mes premières traductions, et dans la minute, je découvre ce thread. Je m'étais déjà mis une belle pression pour ça, voilà une petite couche en plus
C'est vrai que certaine trad font peur, le wording, la qualité etc ...
J'ai récemment vu un Bounty Manager qui semblait travailler avec son cercle de traducteurs réguliers. Un "officiel", et un backup pour la plupart des langues demandées (une dizaine de mémoire). J'ai bien aimé le concept, mais les 2 places pour le français étaient déjà prises ... Et puis avec un peu de recul, je préfère me faire la main sur de petits projets, en freelance si je puis dire, et on verra comment ça évolue
En tout cas, je suis agréablement surpris de voir des gens soucieux des traductions qu'on leur soumet.
J'espère ne jamais finir dans cette liste !!

Morning. As the suggestions I did page 14 of this thread have been nicely welcomed, please let me add another one :
You should target police departments of big cities.
i.e the same day, Paris police will have to deal with : Chinese tourist victim of pickpocket, illegal immigrant from Africa and a thief from eastern europe. In today's society, I think Police departments are one of the biggest regular consumer of translation services. However, they will only work with mandated and official interprets.
You should recognize such interprets in your app (they will need to send copy of ID + copy of the document allowing them to translate for the police), and they get this special status.
Once you estimate to have enough officials interprets (or maybe hire few of them for the marketing campagne duration), offer a trial to police departments of some big cities.
You just send them a Raspberry Pi, with your app already installed and some tokens in it. They will be able to test your project for free, and as simple as possible.
This can be a big pool of clients, having unlimited and daily needs for interprets services.
Huge potential in my opinion

For some reason, one of them suddenly has more time available for translations, he might want to apply a discount to attract new/more orders.
New interpreters to the plateforme, wants to raise his notoriety, will apply a discount to receive his first rates.
- Include document management into your plateforme.
Either with a drop and pull system : client put a file that he needs a translation into the system, with a dead line. One of the interpreters pulls it, translate it, and push it back on the plateforme. Same rating than live translations can be applied.
Or, on same criteria than the research for live interprets (price, subject of translation, rating), the client receive a list of potential suitable interprets, and the offer for the document is sent to each of them (user can manually remove one of them for various reasons). The first who accept the document get the contract, and have to complete the translation within the deadline chosen by Client, and accepted by the interpret.
This can be a good additional revenue for interprets. Companies who want to have documents translated put them on the plateforme, then come back few days (even hours) later, and bingo !

We are speaking here mostly about professional interprets. You pay per minute, as a student you could use this service for an important school project, just an idea ...

J'ai une question bête ... C'est quoi du staking ? Le fait de laisser tourner son wallet ?
Sinon je suis également curieux de connaitre le prochain airdrop. Je reviens du thread officiel, et sauf erreur de ma part, les gens sont encore en train de MP le dev pour l'airdrop #2.
De mémoire; on était aux alentours des pages 80/85 lorsque les 20k views ont été atteints. On a dépassé les 100 pages, voyant encore des postes types "Hi I just sent my address", j'ai pensé que l'airdrop #3 était en cours ... Mais on dirait que non, juste des retardataires :p

Pour l'airdrop #3, je pense qu'il sera annoncé sur la première page du thread En au moment venu.
Effectivement, le "staking" est un genre de minage où tu peux gagner des coins en laissant ton portefeuille ouvert.

Ca veut dire que le deuxième drop ne sera annoncé qu'au 20k ? J'ai pas trouvé d'info (bon, j'ai pas trop trop cherché non plus :p)
Sinon le thread a passé les 18k
Ben théoriquement il doit démarrer aux 20k. C'est écrit dans premier post. Et actuellement on est à 19.5k. Donc le temps que le dev remette ça en marche et c'est parti.
