They announce it as illegal, because money has been centralized by the State all their lives and now they feel that with cryptocurrencies they are losing power.

Bitcoin is a great investment option, but I think it still does not reach the point of achieving massive and daily use, while other cryptocurrencies seem to be progressing towards that goal.
