I guess the best guess is that there are many people that are not so smart or want to get rich fast. So they dump their money anywhere and hope that they make quick money. Like alot of ICOs.

My country doesn't. Although its not exactly legal but it isnt illegal either. I guess they just don't want to comment on it officially or set laws as of now as theres other more important things to focus on.

Very true. Not only bitcointalk but the internet itself is a toolbox full of things. Many think that you need to spend alot of money to gain those tools but that is not the case!
