I totaly disagree with this statement. As much as we like, and respect Bitcoin, we need alternatives, with even better technology. Some of the alts are very promising, and no scam at all.

It is very difficult nowadays to find a legit ICO project. Most of this now ICO project many of the scam. even many who do not produce because the project failed. This condition makes me feel concerned, as more and more projects, instead of getting better, even increasingly unprofitable.

I prefer such altcoins as NEO, Dash and Waves because these are the ones that haven't experienced sudden fluctuations unlike other coins and I assume their value will increase in the long term.

Such news should be taken positively so that more and more countries follow this, if they really start regulating and legitimize crypto then i think it will boost the market and expected bulls seem to be in the market in july/august.

Well, taking a look at the crypto trend in past years I see that what works for a particular investor may not work for the other. It depends on what you think is the best between HOLDING altcoins alone or bitcoin alone.

In my own opinion i will say that not every crypto coin will survive because some coins have no value and so investors should be careful about the type of coin they invest in.
