I would rather to invest in a coin that focuses only one business, how can they maintain such businesses together? but it is good coin no doubt
I think in many ways their focus is all one business: transactions. Sometimes that requires a marketplace, sometimes it requires escrow, sometimes it requires encrypted messages and secure communications. It will always require fast transfers of funds. So it may seem like they are all over the map but I think it's just part of providing a complete solution.
You guys have not mentioned MASTERNODES that would be implemented in november nd the anonymous feature.

3.78 BTC = 87,907 VTR. I don't know what your issue is, but I'd have no problem selling a few thou each day on Bittrex, the #2 exchange in the world. I wouldn't try to sell my entire stash at once because, well, that would be dumb. Too bad you dumped yours at such a ridiculously low price, because you could have made 100X.
