It is true that bitcoin's world is not legally permitted in all countries. But in many countries it is allowed to formally transact. Some government may not be able to observe the crypto transaction and not allow the wrong transaction to happen.

Digital money control is very much needed. They have done this in Korea now. It helps to increase public confidence despite some disadvantages of digital money taxes.

Bitcoin cannot be viewed as an asset in my country(India) because it has blocked bitcoin. I do not know when this situation will change. I read Bitcoin's legalization in South Korea. Bitcoin become an asset in Bitcoin approved countries.

This is my personal opinion. Wanna cry ransomware cyber attack was due to knowing about me bitcoin. This caused misunderstandings about bitcoin. It would be nice if you could do this way to prevent such a wrong transaction. Bitcoin's uniqueness is common to both good and bad.

Universal regulations are less likely to be blocked by bitcoin. Although it is banned by some countries in the current scenario, the global stock market is in the forefront. When many countries recognize bitcoin, I think other countries will do that.

The Indian government is exploring whether or not to buy bitcoins with black money during the demonetization in India. In the meantime, the Finance Ministry has already issued a statement that they will not buy these Bitcoins or Cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency(Bitcoin) has been banned in the current government of India. BitCoin's investors have been disturbed. I believe that in future, Bitcoin's investment is legitimate when it comes to change in regime change or the current financial regime.
