DO NOT USE YOBIT OR CRYPTOPIA FOR SEXCOIN TRANSACTIONS - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SXC!
So basically if you haven't withdrew SXC before the merge mine activation (which looks like it happened Dec 30th), your coins are lost? Cryptopia is allowing withdrawals until January 21st. I withdrew about 30 minutes ago, but I have no hopes of receiving it after finding this thread.
Someone really fucked up the scheduling of this activation. Special thanks to everyone at Cryptopia, SXC Team, and myself for losing my SXC.

Note that this "event" is based on block number, not actual date. Block # 2062364 is BIP65 & BIP66 activation. Atomic swaps get officially enabled at this time (it is possible to do them now)
Segwit signaling in 0.15.2 starts July 15th and lasts one year.
HD wallets is already in the 0.15.x wallets.
Block # 2062364 is expected to take place June 5th now, based on simple calculations about block emission that I've seen on the network.

Re: The Cypherfunks[FUNK]: a coin for a global band! Talking v2. Join! 80+ songs
There was a slight boo-boo in DGW fork activation... it didn't activate. 0.15.2 is on it's way and will fix this. New fork activation date is expected to be June 11th, 2018 - block 942088 Anyone who's updated - please standby for further communication from the team about the release. All services that build from source have to do is
Code:
git pull make install
Once the repo is updated. New client wallets are on their way too. Sorry about that!

Those are not binaries, they are installs (exe). Where are the stand-alone binaries?
Most users like setup files, so only setup files were published. If you want non-setup exe binaries you are free to use the source to build them yourself - that is the beauty of open source.
I'm fully aware of that, thanks.
Every previous release has been supplied with non-setup binaries, that's why I asked. Compiling wallets is beyond the average users capabilities & most people don't like installing software for security reasons, especially on windoze - including me. I can & do compile wallets for my Linux machines, but my windoze skills are limited - I'd like to keep it that way.
So, if anyone here has the ability to compile the windoze binaries & upload them (especially 64bit), I & many other users would be grateful.
Fair point. Since I built the wallets, I guess I was just trying to limit the amount of re-work necessary I'll check and see if I have the working binaries on my machine and send them to the GAME team to upload to github. If not available, I'll kick off another build and then send them their way - keep an eye on the github over the next day or two.

Well how do I get this coin ? I looked at the game credit website but I see no games. In the thread there links to games but the links are broke. So how exactly do you use game credit ? What game ?
Download the GShare app - there are games (steam keys) available for purchase there. In a few months, Unity integration will be in place so there will be many, many more games.
You can also download Pixel Wars and use GameCredits in there.

Re: ★★★ GameCredits - The future of in-game monetization ★★★
wallet stucks at 2331422 (4 days left) (8 active connections)
FYI. solution for this (for anyone else facing it): need to resync the chain on a 0.9.6 or 0.15.1.1 client (0.15.1.1 is the latest, might as well do it there since its faster)
The real chain as of this message has 2017059 blocks
I sent GAME from Yobit to Bittrex. As you might expect, the coins went to the old chain. There are transactions. How can this be remedied?
1) Do not use Yobit! 2) Never send coins from exchange to exchange. 3) Contact the support of Yobit/Bittrex. Good luck with it tho, your coins might be lost.
In this there is an indirect fault and developers as for me. It was necessary to look at the fact that coins could go into an old chain. Why does the old network generally accept such transactions? This could not happen with Yobit.
The fault lies 100% with YoBit for not disabling deposits and withdrawals when they were provided notice about the update. A responsible exchange would have disabled the wallet until updating, which Bittrex did (Thank you, Bittrex). They also refuse to respond to the GameCredits team. So again, they get a big red flag there.

Is there a problem with the wallet that is in poloniex This is bad news, please explain to me. Because Poloniex is not currently in the correct GameCredits chain
Hi guys, I am sending game coins from the older web wallet to the new qt wallet, but still nothing coming. Is it done manually once a day or so?
Older web wallet? wallet.gamecredits.com? Please clarify. In general the web wallet transactions (from wallet.gamecredits.com) are sent within 24-72 hours because they are manually approved. This restriction will be lifted in the near future

Are you a team member? What should i write in he maintance request, there is 3 options - Source code update, Hardfork, SWAP ? Source code update is correct? Also i need a link on Github for source code and als they asking about new nodes. Can you help with it.
Thx
P.S.
Using a yobit.net for 2 years already. Never got a problem. There were some usues, everything was solved fast without any problems.
have been holding game on and off for quite some time now and just installed the client with the mining ability. i have a question regarding the price mechanic of the offered games and thus the value determiniation of the coin itself.
are the prices of the games offered by Gnation static? and how are these determined? I checked some of the offered games and could not find a reason why people would buy it here apart from the idea of a bigger percentage going to the developpers. i think most people will always check where they can get games the cheapest. By selling games above a price (gamecredits current worth times sell price) than others, would this not lower the value of the coin? And so, the price of the coin is made by what people want to pay for the games?
I might be missing the whole point here but could not find this info when i was searching for it. To me now, it seems that the price of the coin is currently to high for what is offered, and thus will drop lower? will they make special deals with games pre release so there would be a win win situation and a higher demand for gamecredits?
hope someone can clarify this for me for i cannot get my head around the whole picture at this moment.
regards, bodhi
Prices on the store are static against USD. So for example GTA6 would be $59.99 everywhere. the GAMEUSD rate is used to determine how much GAME you need to pay. today that could be 29.7 GAME @ $2.02, tomorrow it could be 2.97 GAME @ $20.20. the USD price of the game stays the same ($60)
If anyone in the first march batch gets a shipping confirmation early please let us know. I have a 2nd batch coming in march, but I'll be moving late march and need to figure out if they are going to ship the L3 soon enough for me to not have to attempt to get them to change my shipping address... Would be awesome if they unexpectedly shipped them early, lol
You cant change shipping addresses at Bitmains.
I've read that, but I've also read that people have had their address changed as long as it wasn't a country change. Conflicting info from multiple sources, of course that's why I said "attempt" to change it. Worst case scenario I can hopefully get UPS to hold the package and just go pick it up, best case scenario bitmain ships early enough for me to get it before I move...
