Trying to spread word on twitter and someone pointed me towards supercoin. Unfortunately I am not very tech savvy. If someone could tell me bitcoindark's advantages over this coin it would help me greatly. The coin supposedly does off the blockchain transactions as well (supersend... dumb name) I'm behind James 100%- he is an awesome dev, so don't take this as any kind of FUD, I'm just looking for some good points to bring up against supercoin in favor of BTCD. Thanks!

Enrolled in computer science 101 today to start my journey through programming. This coin and especially James has been the main inspiration for me to get started finally. A big thanks to Bitcoindark, James, and the rest of this community.

BTCD price up over 20% in last 5 hours. James on the edge of tomorrow with new tech. BTCD FUDers abound because they're 1- scared of the implications of the new tech or 2- trying to accumulate before tech released.

I have coins bought from .009 up to .015 and coins recently bought at around .008 and lower. Still holding because what James is doing is revolutionary. Real community members don't need me to tell them, they all know. Cheaper coins, more for us.

Well, today is totally lost. Between dealing with investor support issues I have to spend hours fiddling with MGW server.
I have way too much coding to do to be stuck doing MGW server maintenance!
So far the issues have not been related to MGW itself, server out of RAM, new versions, shellshock, test versions crashing and messing up the cache, etc.
As of next weekend, I will formally stop running MGW servers. Until the production servers are running, there wont be any MGW servers.
I suggest to withdraw all the MGW assets ASAP. if they get stuck after I shutdown the MGW on my dev servers, it could take a while for me to figure out how to properly to manual withdraws. I need to code for 14 to 20 hours at a stretch and I cannot be monitoring people's deposit/withdraws that are not appearing after 17 blocks. So if you do not withdraw before the weekend, the funds will be safe but inaccessible for some weeks.

A lot of good points in your review, one thing I had a problem with is you say the price is "unstable". Yes, the price rises and falls a little as with every coin, but the rise is a constant growth. Instead of looking at the day or even week long charts, take a look at the over all growth of the coin as exhibited by this cryptsy chart

I have 50 of these I designed and printed but never put out on the market. They are gold vinyl printed on a dark green shirt.
