The Bitcoin block mining reward halves every 210,000 blocks, the coin reward will decrease from 12.5 to 6.25 coins. It will happen 14 May 2020.
So we need to wait 4 months more for the real bull run or do you think, it can start earlier?

I agree that it is very important to check how the project follows the roadmap but not everything depends from the project. A lot of depends from market conditions.
