Hey this is randreo  I played on Bitlser for years, in fact I am about 2 levels from Legend.  If I combined my 2 accounts I would easily be Legend.  I have had that same problem.  In fact I have had many problems with that site and the people running that site.  I have had misc. ghost transfers of BTC from my old account to unknown accounts, huge wins with long delays with withdrawals.  In fact in once instance I had .5BTC in the account balance and I had not logged in, know one had hacked my account.  But I looked at my play history and my last roll was .50 BTC and 4x money on win.  Now any rational person would never make that bet, in fact I completely looked into it and there was only one possible outcome.  That is it must had been someone within Bitsler who made the play to zero out my balance.

This I believe is more common then we think, I closed all my accounts and have not played there since.  I love that platform played almost everyday for 2-3 years.  In the last year and a half the number of issues became so frequent I could not play any longer.
