you can add 3.2btc that list. it was only a laon i never saw back as promised. now i play at seals. his name is michael via his email.

deadgiveaway, do you want to comment on that? it seems that 0.3 btc in pending withdrawals is small change compared to this.

There's no comment to make on it since it's completely made up, and z3 also suspected it was someone trying to exploit the situation. They never came back with any evidence or anything. Just random BS attempt out of no where. Perhaps you're in on it since you're bringing it up, darling.

that's good to know mate, hope you are feeling better. too bad there's no auction for bitspoker, otherwise I would have taken part.

^ auction

according to that thread there's some kind of secret reserve that has been met or something. deadgiveaway, what's the current bid price at?

I know that darl, but Cyrus wrote before:

I know absolutely nothing about this. Deadgiveaway might shed some light upon this issue.
When I met him, he mentioned that he doesn't want to use his personal name(or at least the name I know him by), so he used the name Michael. One of his Skype IDs is michael.bitspoker(I don't have access to that account).
This has nothing to do with the fact that my name is also Michael(translation of Mihai).

if captain (you) steers the ship through the shallow waters (freerolls+gtd) why do you blame the sailor? captain is responsible for everything. you said yourself that freeroll structure was your doing, even though number of players (myself included) have said that there are so many freerolls that nobody is playing ring games. yet they continued to drain the funds until none were left and then we went into red with guaranteeds that had on average 40-50 percent fill rate.

before you walk away, are you going to pay people off or not?

lol at cheating accusation, that's rich mate.

seriously though, since I got your attention, are you going to reimburse people who got their deposits stuck in the game?

Faisal Alsarraf, answer straight, are you going to pay depositors off before the auction of the site? are you going to make auction fair and public?

i still have questions that have no answers:

most important one - who's going to reimburse players who have deposited and have chips remaining? it's my belief that all of them must receive the remaining amounts bar transaction fees.

also, remember that reddit post that imtar-alkaline-urcall was forcing, was it really true? after reading some of deadgiveaway's comments here and on grindabit, it does seem possible that he could try something like that.

i am wondering, how can domain name be transferred if deadgiveaway wants to remain anonymous?

and finally, can the auction for bitspoker be made in public? i want to participate, but i want it to be fair and i am sorry, i don't trust the current admin Sad

c'mon mate, chillax, drink some detiltea or something, be a man. no need to start abusing people who have supported you and donated their most precious resources (time and nerves). show some respect and follow this thing through.

i've supported you when you were away, i gave you all benefits of the doubt, I know what you are going through when funds run dry and you start making wrong decisions. you don't have to do it alone, by yourself. it did seem like you have few people you could rely on, ask help from. hell, zerothree and myself personally offered help on number of occasions...

anyway, do this proper, settle the accounts of users who have deposited, it's not difficult to do and wouldn't cost much.

set up the terms of the sale for the site, put the auction up on flippa and be done with it. you will recover some of your expenses, no doubt.

just be manly about it, no need to throw another tantrum and push people away.

Previously, before deadgiveaway appeared out of nowhere as mystery owner, I had doubts there was anyone but Cyrus running the show. However, after reading both sides of the story in this thread it sure looks like I was wrong to assume that Cyrus is alone.

Actually, if you don't mind my paranoia do we really know that deadgiveaway exists at all and not actually a fictional character made by Cyrus to muddy the waters?  (it's a joke of course... right?)

When I said that Cyrus is forthcoming I meant just that. It wasn't difficult to Google bitspoker history. Find the thread from half a year ago. Locate Cyrus. Speak to him. He answered my questions at the time. I've offered to remove guaranteed tournaments as means to reduce costs as they were out of funds . that was obvious.

Yet bitspoker account and email was silent. I thought it was all a game until deadgiveaway started replying in this thread.

Sorry if my messages from before and now have different angles, I didn't have the information then that i have now.

Peace

Who did you loan them to and at what terms? Can you provide proof with blockchain transaction?

Zerothree, while I definitely enjoy your vigor in regards to protecting bitspoker players, I have a feeling that you have stuck into thinking that situation black and white and Cyrus is the one in the wrong. No doubt he could have managed his property better while it was his - right now it belongs to deadgiveaway with conditions of paying half of profits to Cyrus. In terms of who has to reimburse players it's quite clear that it's deadgiveaways responsibility.

From what I gather from this thread deadgiveaway ran out of money and he's the one who made system drain players deposits by continuing free rolls and guaranteed tournaments.

I don't know neither one of owners but this much is clear from their statements. They had an agreement and funds ran out. It was deadgiveaways job to top the account or stop the freerolls yet he didn't. He didn't reply to our emails. He didn't log in to the game or forums.

Cyrus on other hand was replying to messages here and was forthcoming.

Just my two cents. Peace, darling Wink

thanks, that was some eye opening experience.

to be honest i don't see why Cyrus has to show blockchain of him receiving 12btc payment for the ~50% of profits (- operating costs). i mean it's his money, he can do whatever he wants with it.

i also see contradiction, how to remain anonymous when changing domain registration. deadgiveaway, if you are fine with your personal details being in the open you should say so in Skype to Cyrus or here, if you don't want to settle this quicker and easier.

what about the auction? are you still trying to sell the site in it's entirety? are you planning to cover players balances before the sale or new owner will have to do that?

really sad that good site got mismanaged so bad.

right now peercoin and primecoin are getting pumped, so getting them might be a little expensive, maybe it's worth waiting till they go down in price )
