New rules for newbie and jr members were introduced because of the high amount of dirty posts all over the forum. Bounty hunters are mostly affected by restrictions. First of all, we need to clearly identify advantages and disadvantages of new restriction.

Advantages

• Removing ability of wearing signature from newbie will reduce spamming
• It will increase the quality of the system
• Newbies (early jr members) will more encourage to post good posts and it will add a value to the forum
• One who newly join to the community will pay more attention about rules

Disadvantages

• Causes to underground merit markets
• People will post everywhere with the aim of increasing rank

The major aim of the decision has successfully achieved so far. But this will be a good chance to underground merit markets even though it is illegal.
 
To get more benefits from new rules, role of smerit holder is also important. There can be some unpopular merit holders who never motivate others with merits. These things also need to be considered in such a situation. In case of copper members, newbie copper members can wear signatures. It will make a new issue if each and every newbie buy a copper membership. 

I am glad to have your opinion about progress due to new regulations.

I was a JR member few days ago.But now I'm a newbie.

First time I saw this change, I though that is unfair. But now I feel more good about this discussion. After falling down my rank I understood that everyone can easily be a JR having activities according to old system. It made the quality of posting down. Now we have a competition. Without a competition no one is a winner. Without completion no new things comes out.

You can also think twice. Having things easily, never motivate us to go head. Let's remove our blind minded opinions and it will lead us to professional and effective quality posts.

I was a Jr member before few days ago. After I saw the decrease of my rank first time, I felt as same as you feel. But now I'm in another opinion. If still I was a Jr member, as early system I will never motivate to increase my rank. With this rule we are encourage to spread our own opinions. You don't worry about the fall and never think it will be an end. This is the real beginning for a newbie.

This is the decision that Newbies conduct to the correct track. Passing newbie level easily by having activities is actually not enough in present as  most probably it is not a challenging thing. I think the best thing now we have to do is being more professional.
