I hope there is a way to get them backI would suggest you to go to etherscan.io, insert your address in the top right side of the page.
You will see a page like this one https://etherscan.io/address/0x86fa049857e0209aa7d9e616f7eb3b3b78ecfdb0
Then, click on View tokens, and you will be able to see all the tokens you have, without inserting your private key.
Alternatively, you can use MyEtherWallet and insert the private key there.

It's saying that i have my Omisego maybe my wallet only support ETH but is not ECR 20 friendly i will try to insert my key on myetherwallet.

Did the problem not yet to be resolved still? maybe you can please share your ETH address and BTC address so that people can take a look into it.If you accidentally send your OMG token to your ETH address and blockchain.info didn't recognise, big chance they didn't support ERC20 token and so on.
or if you accidentally send it to your bitcoin address, well, it's impossible to be done since the address of ETH and BTC is really different.

Brother, you should have been more careful while doing the transaction. Crytpo currency transactions are risky and we should pay definite attention while making those transactions. The only thing you could do is ask the support team for assistance as they are the only ones who could help you out with this issue. Nothing other than this would help you out.
Thx brotheri think it will fails, you need to wait until it makes fails transaction by system because of wrong address. stay calm and see what happens

i think i made a mistake and i need to get my money back or at least understand what happened
I use blockchain wallet (a BTC and ETH wallet)
18 september ; I bought for 50 $ of BTC
18 september ; I wanted some Omisego, so using website changelly, I bought with my BTC some Omisego and it worked. I send for 50$ of BTC
But I received 5 ETH (received history) but my ETH wallet is empty. (I understand there is something wrong).
I would like to know what happen and if I can get back my money

Sur mon portefeuille BLOCKCHAIN (seulement BTC et ETH)
voila le deroulement de l'histoire
18 september ; j'ai achete pour 50 dollars de BTC
18 september ; Je voulais de la monnaie Omisego, en utilisant le site changelly j' ai achete des OMG a l'aide de mes BTC. La transaction a fonctionne.
Mais j ai recu 5 ETH (affiche dans mon historique) mais mon ETH portefeuille est vide. (neophyte a l'epoque je comprends aujourd'hui que quelque chose ne fonctionne pas).
je voudrais savoir ce qu'il s'est passe et si il est possible de retrouver mon argent.
