On what grounds do you base this assumption. Yesterday's reds are enough to discourage anyone from any impending bull run. Hopefully it was just a blip and we continue to grow is any growth is imminent.

The bitcoin price this year would not surpass that of last. The bear market this year has been dragging on for too long and there is no news we are expecting to pull up the prices.  All the bitcoin etfs that have been rejected how many times year is adding to the doom and gloom of the markets. I'm actually scared it might hit below 5k before we actually see any real growth.

People hear the word crypto but not many take time to know what it truly means due to lack of belief in any other financial institution about from the already existing. The technology, the concept, the idea seeming alien to most as they see it as another ponzi scheme. We need to further educate people through some educational materials

For new coins, maybe privcy as I see a future there, and the new entrants into the top 100 on cmc. They must be doing something right to have gotten to where they are so odds are they'd keep doing them right. For older ones, eth as always, cardano, neo and dash for me.

Best for me is short term trading. The patience of having to wait for bounty coins to mature is too hard for me. The only problem is that it takes real skill to master and I don't have the patience to Labour through it. It's hard to spot coins with just the right volatility to be able to make real gains on trading them on the short term.

I doubt any altcoin would be able to replace bitcoin as the developers are just after the money and nothing else. Most devs these days just copy paste code and do no real development of their own. Bitcoin already has the financing and popularity and it will take a great deal to replace. To me none can. Be careful with the icos you invest in.

One of the major ways of escaping fraudsters is educating yourself on the crypto space. When you have solid knowledge of what goes and what doesn't go here, it will be hard to fall prey to scam projects seeking to defraud you. As for participating in scam bounties, that's a little bit harder to detect except they are offering exorbitant sums.

It's actually difficult to decide who makes more, a good trader would surely earn but then there are some instances where the moves are not well calculated and they tend to lose all. For holders, it solely depend on the worth of the coin/token the person is holding: if it's a good one at the long run  they earn more.

On what ground does he make this forecast. So called experts have been saying the bull run is close since March and till now absolutely nothing has happened. It's quite disappointing and as such , I've stopped listening to them. Just being patient. When it comes it comes.

You lost a few quid in a couple of hours. It's nothing new here. Just be patient as it will even out and you will get your money plus profits back. Eth has been having serious highs and lows recently. It's just best to buy when the whole market is red and be sure it will green a little soon than buy when it's green and expect higher greens. Doesn't work that way. Constantly buy only the dips.

It's simple for me, the higher the risk , the higher the reward. But that does not mean I take uncalculated risks like investing in a shell ico promising heaven on earth. Just a few calculated risk buying into coins I feel would give short term returns based on past behaviour. I watch a coin for a month and I chose a strategy of investment.

Could be either a main job or a side job. Depends on how much you get from it. If you think you can get paid enough by investing more time in it, then go ahead but if you have a steady real life job, it's better than bounty hunting to me because markets can be so fickle. Today 100 dollars can be 10 dollars tomorrow. And you can't live like that in the real world.

currently , due to wider acceptance and being the normal, id go with banks though crypto is much safer with faster transactions and in some cases, anonymity. in the nearest future when cryptocurrency gets wider acceptance, i'd definitely prefer keeping money in crypto than using banks. crypto was built to combat the fraudulent and backward financial system that's why they are kicking against it so much.

scam or not does not depend on erc20 platform but you can say its an easy way as the devs dont really have to develop a lot. just a smart contract and a fancy website and they are in business. nevertheless, there are some good ones  also. one just have to be careful and research the project well before investing any money into them.

i think everybody is shocked at the current price of eth. Touched 170 dollars yesterday and i was jaw dropped. its amazing how such coin will all its utility will still hit such lows. investors must have choked on fear yesterday. the question is will eth return to former glory?. i highly doubt it will hit ath as the ico market which was one of its major drivers is on the decline.

yeah i totally agree that this could be tactic from manipulators to accumulate all that they can before pushing these prices up. its time to join them in the frenzy but one has to be very careful to select the right projects to buy into. Not all that is so cheap now will come back up, some of them will eventually die off and investors will lose their money. the more careful, the better.

It's best to wait it out as pulling out now would mean you've incurred losses. The experts are saying this is a correction phase as to the rally of late 2017 and early 2018. I tend to agree with them but I'm just tensed that it has lasted too long. no real movements market wise. Just short rallies. no huge news and expectation to bump up market prices. It's just the same old same old. Let's see what the end of the year brings though.

We are all just having blind faith now as there is really no indication as to what will happen soon. there's seems to be no real influx of cash into the market, instead people are panicking and withdrawing investments. That is no way for markets to come back up .it's not all doom and gloom though. These short term rallies are perfect for midterm trading. That's the only positive I'm seeing .
