I have briefly mentioned to Clennell in previous emails about my situation with AMT, I have attempted to contact his lawyers regarding the class action and have not received a reply. I was hoping someone could inform me further as to what is going on. I am in Australia and purchased 2 1.2th units. I am not sure how to be classified as in this class action as i have not received word back from the lawyers and would appreciate it if someone who is in contact with them could confirm some things.
 I understand it is not anyones responsability bar my own but being out of the states i do not know how to proceed.

Anyone noticed AMT has taken down their website. It would appear they are now officially on the run.

Hey guys, Michael here. Order #596 bought and paid for in november 2013. 2x the 1.2ths machines.
 Still no units, no contact since July when they promised they were shipping and offering me a cloud hashing solution until it arrived, which they never followed up on...
  Ungodly amounts of emails since then and no replies to any of them. Sent to all the addresses i can come up with inside AMT.

Frustrated to say the least.

I posted the other day about my order status which was completely overlooked by AMT. Over #596
 
I have sent numerous emails to AMT regarding this which have invoked no replies. I am asking here publicly, could you please inform me more about my order. Please provide me with my tracking number and allow this mess to be put to rest.

I think we are all worn out over this.

I would be interested in some of these deals on offer, however , i am still awaiting my unit that was paid November 2013. Emails since last claim of shipping back in June have been unanswered. You offered me a hosted solution until my miner arrived and this was in JUNE. You still have not provided any information if my order has shipped with these batches going out being that i am in Australia.

Deliver my units and prove you are turning it around to me first hand and i would more then likely make some additional purchases but for the moment,your still too much of a risk to send MORE money to.

Since AMT is not answering emails, perhaps you would be willing to offer this hosted solution to the unsatisfied customers who are still awaiting their units.
 At least until those units arrive.

Posting here again on an update of my situation. Received an email from AMT stating my delivery would be "Monday" this was on the 15th of June. Also offered me a hosted solution at this time.

Its two weeks later and 4 emails sent by myself. It appears they have stopped talking to me again. No Miners, No updates, No tracking numbers, No replies and No hosted solution. Definitely no refunds.

We are now heading towards 8 months since payment was sent to you guys. There is no answer for this besides "sorry we stuffed up, here is your money back"

Please be more specific. Your question is just to broad. That's like asking Acer how many pieces of computer hardware they built and shipped. (Notice the name drop, and analogy)

We have built and shipped over 8 different models of miners to this date. With 8 different speeds from 80ghs and to 2400ghs, using three different ASIC's. Roadstress please be more specific.

When you received your first order ? When was your first order supposed to be shipped to the customer?

When you received your last order? When was your last order supposed to be shipped to the customer?

Somewhere in the beginning of October. Shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Last order via AMT was in the beginning of April. Shipped within 4 weeks.


Sorry order No #596 here. The one bought and paid for in November of 2013. Still awaiting my shipping. Or a response to the last email claiming last week item was to be shipped,again. No response about the hosted solution either....

 These units were purchased in November 2013. My order number is 596. Over this period i have sent ungodly amounts of emails to AMT. The most recent 2 weeks ago i was told they would reply to me the next day. This is after promising me delivery multiple times until just giving up on communication altogether several months ago. I would appreciate a public update on this situation. Why are you recalling and reissuing items that are faulty when you have orders that have not been filled at all. Would you publicly state when my order is set to deliver or when a refund will be in my account. The lawyers are awfully interested.

Michael lives in Australia we can discuss his order.

After the problems we had locally here in Philadelphia, we arranged to have production fulfilled in Europe for Europeans and all other (non-us) clients. We repurchased and shipped over new parts/comps, shipped materials and chips, etc and had the Swiss's CM run the build for us. Miners were stuck in customs from CH to BG for two weeks and we're recently just released, repacked and shipped out.  

We've completed shipments to all European clients, and they should be arriving tomorrow or the next day. We'll check on your order as well and get back to via email. Send an email reminder to sales@advancedminers.com


Still no contact from AMT via email since this post. Two emails from myself gone unanswered. Explain this please AMT as its doing more damage to your company then faulty equipment. Lack of communication.
