I'm always looking for a way to get Bitcoins for free for my own personal profit. And at first glance this sounds like an interesting idea, with a small chance of success. And I'd like to think it could work, but knowing there are people out there even more unethical than me, especially foreigners, and I don't feel confident about this idea as a result.
Besides, I'm sure they have tried to crack them and failed, so what are my chances then for actual success? I think not good.
And if I watched this Hashcat youtube video correctly, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1Y6TPGzVn0 then I have to correctly guess the number of characters in the password to even begin? If I tell it to brute force a 9 character password and it is really an 8 character password, then it will never find the right answer?

I am trying to open a wallet.dat with Hashcat and a rig with 4 gtx1060 cards. Trying with eight numbers I have a time of about 3 hours .. for the answer !!!

The .bat file works and does not cause problems (type: pool dead). In addition, the error with pool death gives it many times, the only thing that scares me and that in the processing entries appears between: accepted, stratum:
- Coinbase check: multiple inputs in coinbase: 0x7d
I tried to install the last relase of bfgminer again, but again these disturbing processing lines !!!

Try the setting #skipcbcheck as suggested in the posts earlier in the thread.
That *should* clear up the issue.
What coin are you mining and where?

I corrected with #skipcbcheck, I'll see how it goes.
I keep the moonlander2 on rental on miningrigrental and therefore the coins it mines are different and not all known, and so meanwhile hunted that error? I thank you for now.

Solution is go to C:\ProgramData\solace and delete the file solace... this will make you wallet synce from the start

Hi, I have the problem at the moment that I can not synchronize the wallet, I added the suggested nodes. I have windows 7/64 bit while the wallet requires 32 bits, but I do not think this is the problem.
If I do not update my portfolio, I do not think it wise to give the address wallet.
