Re: Wise thing to do with your savings.
by

on 07/07/2018, 13:24:16 UTC
I see that many of you actually liked the concept of 20 % method wherein you allot 20% of your earnings to be saved as emergency fund.
So I was thinking, if that 20% allotted will be invested in a time deposit kind of account, will it still be possible to earn as much or invest it in cryptocurrency? Or maybe just let the money sleep until such time you will need it?
What will be a wise kove to do with the noney you have saved up?
The best things can you do is to invest your money. Expect the funds for the emergency because you don’t know what will happens. Investing in bitcoin is a long term you have to wait the cost will be increment. Best to store your cash where you can use it physically you don't know when it can happen. Figure how you will save your cash wise and for the seek of all the individual from your family.

I think the best thing that we can do on our extra money is to invest in cryptocurrency where we can earn the profit easily because among all the investment crypto is the most popular and many people already prove its worth.

Re: Why do some people in crypto still wish the downfall of Bitcoin?
by
raybut37
on 07/07/2018, 10:00:12 UTC
One thing that really surprises me is how some new projects come into blockchain and start spreading false news and making baseless analysis that bitcoin will fail all in the name of making their own project a success. In crypto, we should accept that bitcoin is the KING and anytime bitcoin falls, all other altcoins also fall. I have read news where people were predicting that bitcoin will go back to 1k and now that bitcoin and other cryptos are down, they are changing their predictions to favour bitcoin. This all proves that their plans backfired and they are beginning to realize that when bitcoin is down, most other alts will be down. All these news we spread rather drive away investors and at the end of the day, we all lose. Why can't we unite and spread good news rather than hate one of our own?

In my own opinion i think the big interest of many people to buy cheaper market price is oneof the reasons why they are still wishing bitcoin to drops continuously so they can buy more crypto that they can sell in higher price once the market recovers.

as we are seeing other coin such as litecoin ,monera, etherium , are faster in transaction than btc

In my own opinion i still really believe that no other cryptocurrency can beat  bitcoin because bitcoin is very strong and most popular coins and among all coins available in the crypto market today bitcoin is the trusted of many investors and with the highest number of people who invest on it.

Re: Are you long term or short term?
by

on 06/07/2018, 12:43:28 UTC
I am trading once in a while because I have coins in exchanges. Sometimes I buy and just wait the coin to go up in value before I sell, of course I know it is in dip. Now, which is better, set it to your expected price so that when it hit you sold? O wait for the price to go up and sell even if it did not reach yet to your  target price? Thanks.

I really believe that the best strategy is really depends on the status of crypto market and for now while the crypto market is too volatile i think long term investment is good because short term investment may risk our investment capital once crypto market will continue to drops.

Re: Should the price falls affect the bounty price?
by

A few times ago, the reward we achieve from 1-2 bounty projects still allow us to walk like a cassanova hero.
But nowadays, with prices keep unstable, should project owners reconsider the token rewards they offer?

Opinions?

Of course Yes, most of the time the bounty rewards allocation is adjusted based on the latest market price of crypto but sometimes also the ICOs did not adjust the rewards allocation eventhough the market value is too small due to market fluctuation.

Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time.
by
raybut37
on 06/07/2018, 11:19:30 UTC
Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?

Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.

Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .

After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.

But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.

So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?

For me I prefer to hold both alt and bitcoin because both cryptocurrency plays very important role in the market but the time of holding is really depends on the investors and the status of  the cryptocurrency in the market.

Is buying BTC currently a good idea, or should I be going with ethereum?
Pls suggest...

Yes buying option for bitcoin today is really good and we need to take advantage while the market is still weak and the market value of cryptocurrency is still very weak because on the market recovers the value of cryptocurrency becomes expensive again.

You just a new member in this forum and your list about scam bounty campaigns is really small Smiley). I've been here much longer than you and I also joined so many scam bounty campaigns but it's still fine for me until now Smiley). After a scam bounty campaign you always got 1 more new lesson and it's the only thing you can get after long time working Grin

Yes, Its true we always learn from our mistakes and eventhough we are now so very careful in choosing the legitimate ICOs project but sometimes we still got scammed. So we should keep  on participating until we finds bounty campaigns that pays very well.

Re: the benefits of managing bitcoin
by
raybut37
on 03/07/2018, 15:22:44 UTC
when bitcoin prices are drops, I think we better talk more about the positive value of bitcoin. do not think about the value of bitcoin today, because thinking about it will only make us panic and confused. enough G20 make us calm.

So, now. we are talking about the benefits of bitcoin if bitcoin managed well.

what do you think if bitcoin is managed well by a country?

May be before we have many benefits in investing bitcoin but for now it looks like people are not happy when talking the bitcoins beneffit because most people are affected of the actual situation.

Re: Is the bull market coming?
by
raybut37
on 02/07/2018, 16:47:07 UTC
It has already begun in June whether it will usher in a bigger bull market. This year, Goldman Sachs and Nasdaq will all have bitcoin futures, and the currency circle is about to usher in greater capital baptism. This is undoubtedly true. However, Wall Street has always been known for its short-selling operations. In order to obtain more chips, it is to directly buy longs or buy short-selling chips at short-term prices. I think it is better to short the first. From January to April in 2018, it has been in a bearish state. It may be that some months have already been secretly entered behind the scenes. It seems that there is still a wave of bull markets worth looking forward to. How do you think about it?

Yes i really believe that in few weeks later bull market will coming this is because of the opening of other giant countries and their economy in bitcoin.

Re: Will every crypto coin survive?
by
raybut37
on 02/07/2018, 14:52:41 UTC
I think that 95% of crypto coins and tokens won't survive and the reason is that a crypto coin in order to survive and get value it has to be accepted as a way of payment for purchase goods or services.
Very few coins will manage to do it at the end of the day and of course these coins will get enormous value.
The only thing you have to do is to find out which coins will enter the market of real currencies.

I don't think so if the recovery is still coming because the market is so very weak for now and i did not seeing any signs of a great recovery as it continue to falls its market value.

Will Altcoins survive as bitcoin is going higher and higher and the demand is getting increasing every day, what will happens to altcoins

Yes of course and even the cryptocurrency market is in trouble today i believe that there are still chances for altcoins to become more profitable too when the supply is decreasing and the demand will continue to increase.

Re: ethereum is down $ 300 or not?
by
raybut37
on 29/06/2018, 15:58:42 UTC

Today's market is falling again, bitcoin prices and altcoin continue to plunge. I am a person who enjoys Ethereum and believes in the value that it brings in the future. If ethereum prices fall further, I will buy extra to hoard for long. Is ethereum possible for $ 300? This is the price many people are expecting.

May be that will be happened in the near future because nobody knows when the price goes up and we must be open of the possibilities so that when time come we are ready to accept the circumstance of doing business with cryptocurrency market.

Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc?
by

on 28/06/2018, 16:06:16 UTC
I read this article, but I want to see opinions, would you sell all your alts to have only bitcoin now ? I don't think this is recommended

https://cointelegraph.com/news/buy-bitcoin-sell-your-altcoins-says-pioneering-wall-street-blockchain-analyst

The strategy is good if the market is strong but today i must suggest that this should be applied because the market is still very weak and both alts and bitcoin are dropping.

Re: Is it true that a whale moved 8k BTC?
by

on 28/06/2018, 14:25:54 UTC
Hello,
I heard that there is a whale that moved 8k BTC to an exchange and that what caused the price to go down in addition of Stop-Losses being triggered. Is that true? What do you think? If it's true I consider it to be a big problem as we clearly see that whales manipulate the market easily which is harmful.

The prediction is still no assurance that it will move to $8000 because the market today is still continue to decline and the feedback from many people is still negative.

I think it is wrong to call bitcoin a "private" currency.

On the contrary, imo bitcoin is much more of a public currency that any national currency is.

Yes bitcoin is a common currency that accepted by so many countries world wide and aside of being a digital currency it can be used also as an investment and might become more profitable once the market price is increasing.

Re: Why do we complain when the market is down?
by
raybut37
on 27/06/2018, 11:31:13 UTC
Ever since bitcoin price started dropping, most of the threads i see here are : is bitcoin dying?, will bitcoin go green again?, should i hold or sell? etc. I laugh when i see such threads. Every business has a window of opportunity when the market is ripe to enter. This is the time to invest more in bitcoin. Every good investor see every dip as an opportunity to buy more bitcoin and hold. The weak ones see dips and they start to shiver; selling all their bitcoins, even including their altcoins. Please community members, the way we are handling this drop in bitcoin will scare new members from even investing in the coin which will cause a further decrease in the price and the unexpected might happen. Let's have a healthy discussion about our coin even in hard times, and it will attract more people to invest and eventually pump the price again. Friends what do you also think?

I think people are complaining its because of the massive fall down of market price and they dont even know what recover considering that until now theres no sign of the market to recover.

Re: Lets be careful on what we are investing
by

on 27/06/2018, 04:32:08 UTC
Read this several minutes ago. We must be vigilant on what we are investing and must do some research or study first if the project that we wanted to join is legit or not. So sad that there are some ICOs who are just making money for their own sake. Because of this issues, people becomes scared of cryptocurrencies and thinks that other cryptos that are legit are scams too.

http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/denaro-ico-raises-8-7m-and-goes-up-in-smoke/

yes its true, we should be careful in investing crypto today because market price is still fluctuating and we dont know yet whwn it rise back and aside from that there also some ICOs project that scammed to many people.

Re: Which is more risky? Bitcoin or bank investment?
by
raybut37
on 26/06/2018, 23:36:10 UTC
Yeah, bitcoin is much more risky than bank investments, but it's worth it, because bank investments will earn you nothing like bitcoin would. so i would say the risk is what it
Bitcoin much risky than bank investment cause investing in bitcoin you faced lot's of risk and challenges cause the value is unstable and unpredictable and you don't know when it down or up you need lot's of patients to wait for increasing the value but waiting is worth it cause it give you chance to gain more profit in your investment than bank investment.

yes agree and this is what im thinking too and based on my experience if theres an economic problem banks fluctuates only very small amount of market price unlike bitcoin it fluctuates by more than 50% of its current price just like bitcoin.

Re: why some ico failed
by
raybut37
on 26/06/2018, 22:52:39 UTC
Most of the ICO that I've looked into seem to have an idea that sound unique and interesting, but that really solves nothing.
yes there are many ICOs that did not meet their target capacity to be raised during the campaign thats the reason they are failed to become a currency.
