2. For more than three months now, my balance has been standing still because the maintenance and electricity fees are “eating up” all of my earnings. For how much longer will this go on?!

This issue has definitely been the most painful one. The main reason for that is the steadily growing mining difficulty and you can find the graph displaying it here, for example.

The Bitcoin network difficulty has been decreasing since 2018 OCTOBER 18, and continues to decline (as can be seen in the graph you referenced)..

Yes, difficulty has been decreasing lately, but the original post was made in September when difficulty was still on the rise. And despite the difficulty dropping, the current price of BTC negates any positive trends it might bring.
Sad Sad I thought it could change the situation for the better.

on 1 oct 2018 they change it

5.2. The Contract Term for HashFlare.io Cloud Machines is set to 1 year by default, unless stated otherwise. The Contract is valid while profitable (refer to section 5.5.), until expired or until terminated (refer to section 13), whichever comes first.

Our TOS were last changed on June 5th and users were notified of these changes via newsletter and on our official Telegram news channel.

As for the information presented on Wayback Machine, you can find the following disclaimer at the bottom of their page: "This calendar view maps the number of times https://hashflare.io/terms/ was crawled by the Wayback Machine, not how many times the site was actually updated." That means that our TOS were not changed on October 1st, as you have claimed.

Why you can't reduce maintenance and electricity fees? Is it even possible?

At the moment, we cannot lower maintenance and electricity fees, as the majority of hashpower is supplied by our partners, we cannot directly influence the electricity price. The conditions that we offer our clients are mirror images of the conditions imposed by our suppliers and partners.

Change suppliers and partners? It can be a solution, no?

I dont think its easy or even possible. All the more now, in difficult times.

So The change in contract duration was a necessary step for save your money, but stop my contracts not possible Although they lose, It does not makeing any bitcoin, why its work? Until the end of the period and lose money?

Initially, according to our Terms of Service, the contracts should have been permanently terminated after 21 consecutive days of non-profitability, but the service decided to keep the contracts active and has undertaken to sustain them over the course of one year, while mining remains unprofitable  and is covering the losses that arose from the current market situation.
Where can I find your Terms of Service?

How much? To the moon??

The more it increases, the better. To the moon would be fantastic, though

For sure that would be great. But I'm not sure that its possible in foreseeable future.

will you reopen them again when the crisis is over?

That will depend on the market situation. We will notify our users once we have any information on the matter.

Ok, what market situation are you waiting for this?

First and foremost BTC will have to increase in price and then we will go from there.
