Re: How long time will take to market rise ?
by

on 09/09/2018, 14:28:38 UTC
I think lately markets are having a difficult time to recover. We can also see this in other markets like stocks and forex as well. The so called crashes happens around every 10-12 years. In crypto I think it may happen around every 3 years. 3 years of growth then a correction which would then take around 1-2 years before the bears are exhausted. But right now is different because regulations and big money are coming round the block. So just watchout and be vigilant.

Re: How to find out best bounties to participate ?
by

on 08/09/2018, 07:50:22 UTC
ICO ratings are not a good measure of viability since these sites are also some form of advertising wherein they are getting paid for their rates. Also, the reputation of bounty managers do not really matter much because they too have experienced scam or failed projects as well.

Yes, some of the bounty hunters invest in the projects that they are promoting to double their profits and of course to support the project that they like.

Re: Gold backed cryptocurrencies

I think that these coins are worthless unless they can prove that they have legitimate ownership of their gold holdings. Also, gold is highly regulated and good luck to them for buying their stock. I do not really understand the notion of backing the token by gold, for what purpose?

Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites?

ICO reviews are also some kind of marketing sites, that is why you should shy away from them. They are getting paid for the rating that they give away and also to let the token advertise on their site.

Maybe they want a piece of the pie. They would like to earn more and also to contribute more in this industry. Also, they would like to jump into the bandwagon while it is still hot.

Re: Why not receiving any more tokens from bounty campaign?
by
rdny
on 03/09/2018, 15:40:55 UTC
Maybe you did not met their requirements or the project fails entirely. These are some of the reasons why you do not receive any tokens. Also, some projects are scam from the very beginning that is why there is no token to distribute. In addition, you may also receive a token but has no value because of the team not properly implementing their project or they do not listen to their community at all.

Re: The Dumper Thinking
by

It really depends on the scenario, some are looking for quick profits while others are looking for an early exit due to a poorly planned project that they supported for a while. There are also times that there are personal reasons like they need the funds for whatever purpose there is.

That is true, this is because most projects really do not have proper use cases. Some are just doing icos to scam people, while others have good intentions but with poor planning and execution fails to succeed.

The use cases of blockchain is really for centralized purposses. From my understanding, blockchain is a distributed ledger technology which is akin to an accounting system which records every transaction that has happened to it.

Re: HOW CAN DUMPING BE PREVENTED
by
rdny
on 30/08/2018, 04:44:08 UTC
I think it is best that the project reward their bounty participants with either eth or btc. Also, investor discounts should also be minimize to prevent short term profiting of early investors who wants to get out as soon as the tokens are available in the exchanges.

That is correct, with every investment decision, you should always always do your own research and not trust these people who are hyping or are into pump groups and what not. Doing your own research will take time but will minimize the risk of you losing in the long run.

I also believe in that as well. Projects should really deliver in accordance with their timeline as written in their whitepaper so that investors and the community will not lose their trust and overtime additional support will come as the markets recover from all these fud and regulations coming up.

Re: How long will bounty programs stay with us?
by
rdny
on 25/08/2018, 05:41:14 UTC
I think bounty programs will stay for a longer time but with stricter implementations and will be using a different approcah due to restrictions in doing bounty work. In time, bounty projects will just utilize professional marketing services instead as a long term solution for their requirement.

Re: Should i quit on joining bounty campaign?
by
rdny
on 25/08/2018, 05:39:41 UTC
I strongly advice to watch out and look for scam ico projects. It is still best to first do your own research before joining anything and as of the current trend for bounties, they don't pay that much anymore as well. I think most of them are waste of time and should just forget joining until the market rises up again and meaningful projects starts to appear again.

Re: Quick ways to earn some ETH or alts

The best way to earn eth or alts is still to trade in the exchanges. But before you do, please do your own research and spend a lot of time learning the trade, since this is a very complex action that requires a lot of understanding and practice and study.

Optimistic attitude is very important, but a good mix of being optimistic and being a pessimistic or a realist is key. You cannot hold on to positive thought if you're data or charts are telling you otherwise. In those cases, sell instead of holding and seeing your portfolio bleed to death.

It depends on the project who is giving away airdrops. If the project deemed great then i would wait for the value of their token to moon, otherwise i would immediately sell it off for a quick gain.
