Event organizers can create a dedicated event profile page, having assigned a specific public location in order to be published in the RedCarpet.app app. Each event will be marked up when it‘s live, opening at the same time the Live Chat feature, active for all users who checked in at the event.

Each location that has a profile page on the RedCarpet.app app has been verified and followed the KYC procedure of the app. This process is mandatory before establishing a location page in order to avoid fake accounts that can lead to the disruption of the user experience. Only public locations can create a profile page inside the app, benefiting from the rating and live chat features. Locations created by users are considered to be private, so they won't have a dedicated profile, nor the rating system.

Your wall is your story - The wall of RedCarpet.App displays friends’ posts in chronological order. A post is a picture taken at a specific event, showing the location, the name of the event, date and time. Opening a picture allows users to see the tags of the clothes; when clicking on an item that has been tagged, the user can access the details of that item and purchase it from the brand profile page inside the app. Moreover, if the user follows certain brands profile pages, location and event pages, their posts will appear on his wall as well.

You'll need Location Services turned on. So the app will know you are that specific event through GPS.

                                                                                              -SHAPE RECOGNITION-


This technology helped in designing one of the most iconic features of the Red Carpet app. It recognizes the shape of the clothing or accessory item from a photo and allows easily putting tags directly on it. As the tags have preset categories, this feature will instantly indicate a dress, a suit, shoes and other items on the photo; now, the user simply has to name the brand of every product.

Live Chat is enabled only for users present at the same event, at the same location. Once a user has posted a photo mentioning the name of the event and the location, the Live Chat icon will appear on the user's wall. There are two versions of the live chat: public and private. In the public one, all users can participate, while in the private one, a user has to send an invitation and the recipient has to accept it in order to start chatting.

The app is in tests right now, in approximately two weeks is going to be available to download from Google PlayStore.

Our research is showing that the top 5 countries whose population spends the most time on social media are: Philippine, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and UAE, so our global development strategy will strengthen its efforts in those areas.
