I think that negotiations are mainly done by ambassadors. They just get paid in tokens for recruiting the club. Anyone can become an ambassador - details and registration can be found on the website under this link: https://mytvchain.com/ambassador

I do not understand the tokenomics of the project. You create a token (digital gold), but will this token be volatile like other cryptocurrencies or will it be a stable token ??
