I was just scrolling back and fort, refreshing the page hoping that I would find good projects that are still starting up or about to start up. And when I was just about to give up, I saw this thread and was amazed by the unique concept that this project had. I must say, I am really interested. I find it so appealing that at last I can go and buy stuff online without having to go through the hassle of converting into us dollars. I am eager to see more from this project, I will watch this thread. great job devs.

Re: One more time etherium hijacked. Guide how to work safe
by

on 27/04/2018, 14:05:05 UTC
How we know recently was hacked DNS servers of etherdelta.
Now was hijacked mtetherwallet.
Time to leave domain name service and use direct IP adresses to acces site

To do this go to the C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
open there hosts file and add to the end
104.20.225.58 etherdelta.com
52.85.242.126 myetherwallet.com

then close and save.

Now your browser go only to set ip adres when you open both sites

Thanks for the effort of posting this to spread awareness and help others to know what they should do.

But for me though, instead of going through such hassle, I think that the people using this exchange(etherdelta) and this wallet(myetherwallet) should just stop using it because clearly, there are still quite a good number of great exchanges out there and greater wallets. And also, mew can be accessed on mycrypto as well or in metamask. Just be careful always.

Re: We do not need government and bank any more

Personally I am a crypto enthusiast and I'd lik to see blockchain adoption in some of human activities, I don't think that you can completely replace governments and banks

I believe so too. Despite being a crypto enthusiast also, I really do not support such ideas like "kick out those governments and banks!" or "make bitcoins or other cryptos our national currency or world currency!" because aside the fact that it can never happen, we obviously need the governments and banks and it is pretty clear that bitcoins or any other crypto currency out there still lack too much to be deserving to be a national currency, let alone be a worldwide currency. I just can't help but think that maybe people who say this do not think before they talk. That's just my opinion though.

Re: What are the benefits of Crypto Currency?
by
redhondaxrm125
on 27/04/2018, 12:55:08 UTC
what are the benefits you get in Crypto? And how those it affect your daily living?

There are really tons of benefits a person can get from the innovation that crypto currencies continually offers to this day. One example for it would be the fast and easy sending of money abroad without going through all the hassle of going to remittances and filling up forms or other things of the sort. This makes business, payment, and donating transactions easier on both sides. There is also the fact that making money here in this industry is easier than others(that is if you know what you are doing). Surely, there are more but those are the main things that I think affects the daily living of every crypto lovers in this industry.

Re: Do you believe altcoins are supporting bitcoin?
by
redhondaxrm125
on 27/04/2018, 12:50:21 UTC
Altcoins are increasing in numbers and i believe this year and the next to come will bring more altcoin since crypto currency is already gives an impression to the world. Many love to invest their money here bbecause  it becomes  the. easiest way of making money even they are hearing some FUD against it.

Although altcoins getting popularity still its price are dependent on bitcoin. Do you think the popularity of altcoins stand as the great support of bitcoin?

Although great to hear, this really is pretty sad if you think about it because people nowadays are really getting into this industry only for that same reason which is the profits or the thought of getting rich quick which then leads to many losses of capital from non-expecting newbies. This then causes a lot of hate from this newbies calling things scams and all that which makes other people stay away from this industry. Long gone are the days when people who jump into this industry are people who love the technology and stays because of the innovation or solutions it gave. Although we all love profits and all, let us not forget that the main reason for this industry is to turn the monetary systems around in a positive way. Oh well, what can I do, and who am I to talk when I am just a simple bounty hunter wearing a signature to earn some bucks. :/

What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?

I absolutely agree. This is not fair for any bounty participant since many would have declined such conditions if it were told form the start of every bounty. This is clearly taking advantage and an act of black mailing because it obviously implies that you will have to do a KYC before you can get your hands on your bounty rewards that you have obviously worked hard for. I think this should be a rule in this forum. Anyone doing this is making a fool out of its participants.

Re: Therefore we are choosing to go with Bitcoin over any Fiat Currency

When we state Bitcoin here in this discussion we are using Bitcoin as a Metaphor and Represents all Crypto Currencies, because there are over 1500 different Coins currently in the this Crypto Currency Market.

Umm.. Nope, we obviously do not. Maybe some newbies do, but we certainly do not use bitcoins as something that describes all the coins here in the crypto industry. That is just wrong and would be an insult to the other altcoins out there that are working hard to get their names well known. Bitcoin is bitcoin just as how ethereum is ethereum. Keep that in mind.

Really do not know about monero coin that much but as what I understand, when a coin forks, you have to really put your possessions on the wallets that are recommended by the coin developers themselves so that you can be sure that it will really support the fork. Also, you can always ask the developers themselves or any community managers they have so you can really confirm if you are storing your coins in the right wallets so you can receive the forked coins.

Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto?

Btc will always remain the king of all crypto. For me ethereum is not the king of the crypto but the king of altcoin world. Eth will surely follow the footstep of btc. Because for me the king of crypto is bitcoin because bitcoin is the oldest coins and the most popular coins in the crypto world. Eth will have a really good price in the future. Ethereum could have dominated the price by being the most expensive. because a lot of Ethereum factors can be expensive. Do not miss the chance to invest into eth so you will not regret. Among them are many ICOs attached to the Ethereum network. That is why, we should start to invest into eth from now on.

I really couldn't understand as to whether you are on the bitcoin's side or ethereum's side. But whatever it is you are saying, I quite agree on them since bitcoins are just too hard to replace due to the number of supporters which is why it stays on top and would probably still be the reason why it will still stay on top for a longer time. But despite this, ethereum is also a great competitor with all its pros. Now, with that being said, I still think that ethereum will still be a coin following bitcoin's shadow for a long time.

Like any get-rich-quick scheme, bitcoin scams thrive on the gullibility of its victims. Just because it's a digital currency doesn't mean you can acquire wealth quickly.

Of course there are always people who will take advantage of people that are new to this industry and do not know about how things works around here. This is natural not just in this industry but in all sorts of industries here in the world. The only defense people can have from these things is proper knowledge. Nothing more, nothing less.

Totally fucking random.  We have never received a warning or a temp ban.  Just all of a sudden today... permabanned.

It seems like some other Bitcoin related Twitter handles have been closed this month as well.

https://twitter.com/freeb1tc01ns

Damn, this truly is very scary! I think that the people that run twitter are really serious now in banning any crypto related advertisements in their website together with all the other crypto related accounts. If this continues, the crypto industry will really get hit big and might get crippled for a while because this is what most of the ICOs depend on; social media advertising. But I think that in the long run, it will be good for the over all of this industry since this happening would mean that the shitty ICOs will have lesser chances to nothing in getting a lot of funds or scamming newbies while the real projects will still have a lot of supporters because most of ads will be in this forum and people here are more meticulous when it comes to investing in ICOs which will make good projects really stand out. But then again, we still do not know what might happen after this. we'll just have to wait and see.

Re: Total Marketcap is rising, start of bullish market?
by

on 20/04/2018, 15:28:14 UTC
I can see now that total marketcap started to go up since lastweek, maybe an indication of bullish market for crypto,.
we really just have to hold and believe, Patience is the key of success. Smiley  those who are still holding even 70% loss is the true warrior in market., you cant win unless we fight,, Smiley

It is true that there really are good signs since last week which has given most of the crypto lovers in this industry to have a strand of hope out of all the fud that is being spread all over the internet. Almost every crypto holder today are crossing their fingers hoping that this is an early sign or an indicator that the bullish season is now about to start or is already starting slowly. But the thing is, after all that has happened into this industry from the past years to this day, I myself can never be too sure anymore on what is gonna happen tomorrow, the next day, the day after that, next month or the next year. But as what you have said, the ones that have managed to hold and endure are the warriors in the market and they will only be the ones who will be able to reap the rewards of their patience and endurance. Hence, I too will not sell and keep on buying instead.

Bitcoin will moon high and their will be gains$ in the future but in some time in the future the CIA will use Bitcoin to crash the global economy and bring in the huge financial struggle that the Illuminatti has been planning since the 1980s, it is neccsagy for the plans of the Illuminatti to hurt/bankrupt the world so they can take control with little resistance from the people of this world, people that they plan to kill off to drop world population levels to 500 million.Do you know that 12 of every 13 people alive is planned to be killed under satan and the Illuminattis plan.Read about the Georgia Guidestones and if you have any value WAKE UP

Damn bruh! I really do not know who is dumber, I am having a headache comprehending this. I just cannot identify if whether it is the one who is telling this things or you that believed it. LOL. But seriously though, there is still a small strand of possibility even if this sounds completely out of a movie and pure bull crap. But even so, I do not believe it even a bit. You know why? It is simply because the CIA doing this would be like putting huge effort into making a huge bomb just to detonate it on their faces. Think about it.

Re: Bitcoin Paper Wallet
by
redhondaxrm125
on 20/04/2018, 15:09:55 UTC
I just wondering why some people don't use paper wallet to secure their bitcoin, Some of them are just putting to the exchanger and trust their funds that no assurance of safety.I don't understand why they did not use the most secure way to keep their bitcoins.

Any Thoughts?

I really do not think that a lot of people are doing as what you are saying. Specially the big holders or the ones that are working hard for their possessions. I just can't get myself to see such a scenario. Maybe for some, because they only have small amounts and want to day trade with those bitcoins. But other than that? I really cannot see any reason good enough to make someone do this. The most common thing I see is people doing both for varied purposes. But if there really are people that are doing this with huge funds, and just leave their funds sit on an exchange, they are either rich as fck or on a whole new level of stupidity.

Re: Why bitcoin is created?
by

Bitcoin is digital currency or known as the father of all crypto currency that has the potential to become the new money or the electronic money around the world. Bitcoin is also the most expensive digital coin and it is almost compare to the gold but why bitcoin is created?
Here are some reason :
* To change the perception of all people about the digital currency.
* To improve the payments and transactions and in the internet world.
* To become the image of money around the world.
* To protect or hides the identity of the user, for security purposes.
* To give an opportunity to all people around the world to earn a secondary income.
* To upgrade the currency because everything in this world is now upgrading.

SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS Smiley
If this post is worth of your merit, Thank you Smiley

Well,.. I must say, you have pointed out most of the reasons as to why bitcoins were made. I really agree with all of your points but I really do not think that the fifth one is a valid reason. Although it can be, but I do not think that at the time satoshi was creating this innovative invention, he thought about that. Might be possible that what he was thinking at that time was to only deliver solutions to various problems that he sees in the current monetary systems of this world. And of course, all the other reasons that you have said also.

Re: Amazon fills patent to track Bitcoin users
by
redhondaxrm125
on 20/04/2018, 13:34:45 UTC
Looks like Jeff Bezos wants to get involved in Bitcoin... the wrong way:

Amazon filed a patent to de-anonymize Bitcoin transactions and sell the data to law enforcement

Quote
One example is a data stream that publishes or includes global bitcoin transactions (or any crypto currency transaction). These transactions are completely visible to each participant in the network. The raw transaction data may have little meaning to a customer unless the customer has a way to correlate various elements of the stream with other useful data. For example, a group of electronic or internet retailers who accept bitcoin transactions may have a shipping address that may correlate with the bitcoin address. The electronic retailers may combine the shipping address with the bitcoin transaction data to create correlated data and republish the combined data as a combined data stream. A group of telecommunications providers may subscribe downstream to the combined data stream and be able to correlate the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of the transactions to countries of origin. Government agencies may be able to subscribe downstream and correlate tax transaction data to help identify transaction participants.

Amazon wants to get his nose into the coins of the users, so you can already see how things will work if Amazon ever accepts Bitcoin, they will attempt to track everything and sell your information, just like Facebook.

LOL. Amazon can kiss my ass and eat their products for all I care. Seriously?! Do they even think that there would be anyone dumb enough to be using bitcoins or any other altcoins in their online shop with those kinds of conditions? They must be clearly out of their minds! Here's a middle finger for you amazon bastards. We don't need your services and would not want it even with a 90% off deal. Crypto people ain't that stupid to fall for your puny efforts to take advantage of us.

Re: Is bitcoin will end soon?
by
redhondaxrm125
on 20/04/2018, 13:29:25 UTC
As you can see from the last couple of months price of bitcoin going down and down..
Is this the beginning of the end?
For me i think it's not the end of bitcoin. As you can see the value of bitcoin is volatile or changeable as long as many investor and traders using this kind of crypto the bitcoin will never be end.Don't think negative thoughts think positively that will be the price of bitcoin will pump high and high and it will be last longer.
when bitcoin ends there is a compelling reason. without it being difficult. people are already overconfident that bitcoin will not end because bitcoin will be a new revolution in the transaction method later on

You are absolutely right. There must be a very big and heavy reason first before people even start considering to stop using bitcoins and let bitcoins die. Something like bitcoins being fully illegal all over the world with big penalties or consequences like being imprisoned for life of being a candidate for death row, and all the other things you can think of. But even with these reasons, I honestly think that some people will still use it like how criminals still do crimes even when they are fully aware of all the consequences.

Re: Is Bitcoin Still Good to Make Investment in it
by

on 20/04/2018, 13:10:01 UTC
Well now the price of BTC is growing very fast, if not fast investment you will regret that their prices continue to increase until the end of this year. Prices are now rising above $ 8k. This is a sign of recovery of the market, the end of the year will explode.

Lol. You sure are pretty confident with what you are claiming. May I know your reason and sources for your information that made you confident enough to write a post about it? If there are none, then you are a one hell of a medium. Literally. But anyways, I like the positivity. It would be really nice if bitcoins really go beyond 8k now and reach 9k and beyond. That would be really amazing. Thing is that we cannot say for sure but even so, I agree with the invest thing you are saying. It is always a good thing to invest in bitcoins since no matter how many times it dips, it will surely rise up.
