After much research, I found the answer to my problem. The only way to cancel and rebroadcast my transaction is to double spend it, which is aparrently pretty tricky to do. So looks like I'm just gonna have to wait it out. Just tried that bitcoin transaction  accelorator at viabtc. Anyone know if it works? I'm reading good things..

I've searched high and low for info on how to cancel an unconfirmed transaction with HD 0.4.1, so I can resend it with higher fees. Can someone please for the love of god help me out with how to do this. It says on their website that its as simple as going to tools and clicking on an icon, but that icon doesn't exist! My bitcoins have been seen by 53 peers, and still not one confirmation after over 12 hours.. I know itts because I didnt pay high enough fees (though I paid what was recommended by multibit) but I just want tom resend them with higher fees. I feel like there's a really simple way to do this but every post I find on this subject doesnt actually give any instructions on how to do it..

Hi, I have this same problem. I have multibit HD 0.4.1, and I want to clear my unconfirmed transaction to add a larger fee, but the instructions on their website aren't available on my version. On the website it say to go to tools, and then click on the 'clear transactions' icon, whcih isn't there. Do you know another way? Thanks in advance..
