CoinDashers, we are trying to get the sale started at time with the whitelist and all so I'll make it short
The 150$ set ETH price was just to set the smart contract ETH cap because it can't be set with USD! at the time we set the price, the cap was
Just a little bit short than 12M, now as prices went up our cap got a little bit higher.
Nothing has changed in terms of your prices/bonuses, being bought with ETH as long as ETH price keep getting up so does the CDT value!
You mean it was set at $115 ETH and with the 30% bonus brings it up to $150 per ETH.
I'm seriously don't know how to explain it better....there is no direct connection between the two!!
The bonus is referring to the CDT/ETH not USD value!
So without bonus (if everyone would buy from second week without bonus) is 4686 x80000 = ~ 375mln coins ... so what would happen with more that 100mln coins which would left after reaching 80000eth cap?

Guys, This is really not that difficult to understand. Actually we are all surprise by your questions about the bonus. A quick explanation...
We are offering a fix amount of CDTs, We have a cap of only 80K ETH, If those 80K will be sold during the first day that everybody gets the bonus
If everybody receives the bonus there is no difference between the investors, the bonus comes into effect between the different stages, so if the sale will take further than 1 day, those buyers will get less CDTs.
This is being done in EVERY token sale with bonuses, Check it! the cap is 80K ETH we can't and won't accept more. We took yesterday average ETH price to set the Cap, when the price was actually lower than 150$, Things could have easily been the other way around.
you are not collecting 80000 ether you are collecting 12.000.000$
80000ether*175= 14.000.000$
How could we know that at the time? the ETH price was 135$ at most of the time yesterday! when it came up and settled on 147$ we announce it will be 150$, check it yourselves. I'll ask you again what would have happen if the price continue to drop? would you ask us the raise the price??
We are not asking to lower or make bigger a price.. we just want to say that you settled price (150$) is without bonus but you are trying to say that its with bonus.. its not hard to count that its without bonus.. just simple math.. 115$ settled price:D nice...

just to think.. if noone would buy today,at first week, at second week.. lets say if everyone would by after two weeks without bonus (4686coins per 1 eth (115$ eth price

The dev needs to re-calculate the price. 1 ETH should be priced @ $180 to be fair to the investors, cause $150 per ETH everyone knew had a large support to bounce back to something more stable. That was a nasty move.

I don't really get your point......We set the ETH price in order to calculate our ETH cap - Contracts don't "talk" in USD only in ETH. We decided to set the price after the market went down dramatically. If ETH at the sale will rise the only difference will be a bit higher cap and same goes the other way, if ETH price drops the total raised cap in USD will be less than USD 12M.
As long as ETH USD value goes up, so does the CDT value goes up...there is no effect on you the Token Sale contributors
Wow. So that's it right? It's fixed at 6093 per ETH? I guess I will wait until it hit the exchanges then. You're double dipping. You priced ETH lower than the current market price at the time it was $150. You just assumed that ETH would continue to drop but it did the opposite.
ASK yourself what would have happened if ETH continued to drop? would you ask us to lower the price?? It was a hard call to take, and we took it
after considering all the options, for several hours. No one knows what the exact ETH price is going to be, lets not speculate

Coindash HQ you are just ignoring the fact that 6093 is the price WITHOUT BONUS, but you are saying that its included bonus
just count.. you should set a new price as soon as possible before ico starts to do not lose people confidience!!
