I don't really have a clue, you're the only person who seems to be having that issue. It seems like your database is behaving oddly. That error indicates that the transaction could not be located in your database, but in order to reach that point the transaction must have been inserted into the database. It's really an error which should never happen.

well i reuploaded the sci files today from the latest download.. and yea.. still get errors. 6 of the 8 transactions today errored out.


What other files could be causing this issue?

Hey man I mentioned earlier about the error that some of my customers get..

when the click confirm and the progress bar starts moving.. after a couple of minutes they get

Transaction not found

This is random and doesnt affect all transactions.. I have only duplicated it once or twice.

What do you think it could be?

Well none of the SCI files have been modified in the last two updates so if it was working before it should be working after the update. I have updated the official BitShop website already and it seems to be working fine. If you haven't made many modifications to the script I would suggest you try a fresh installation of the latest version and see if the problem still exists.

I figured it out.. i broke a if statement in buy.inc.php

im now having a new issues..  when people click confirm the page goes to loading the progress bar then they get this..

from what i understand i will have to give you the accounts to all of the exchanges but I am sure you can modify all profile and account information with out any issues..  its a great way to save some $$
