No, I'm talking about the piece of shit nvidia card in my gaming computer built in 2010.  I've mined several altcoins at the very beginning. I'm talking first 10-20 minutes, and if I'm fast enough, I tend to make decent profit.  

That has been far more profitable than the pitiful amount I've gotten from the excessive launch pools of recent coin releases.  I'd rather take my chances and hope I get lucky, instead of pretty much guaranteeing myself a truly meager output at best.

So there's a pool at launch, which pretty much guarantees little to no solo mining for the little guys. Great.

I can't believe this will be premined, and the launch pushed back at the last minute, said no one ever.

This is why I hate pre-announced launches. I don't care if they're "unfair" for people not paying attention.  Let the hawks benefit from the quiet (and smooth) launches.  If you miss one, there will always be another.

You're telling people to stop doing what you've no doubt supported in the past.  Just think about that for a moment.

If you don't want a new coin to get anywhere then don't support it. Don't download the wallet, don't mine it, etc. No one likes pure clones but there's nothing wrong with making new interesting coins that offer something of value, of which SOME of these new coins do.

But yeah, keep dreaming.

I've seen you speak about the price before, especially at launch, so please don't tell me you don't care about the price. You do, and so does everyone else.

I tried depositing some DTC on bter and they're not even accepting it right now anyway. Splendid. Looks like i'm still in it for the long haul, whether it's by choice or not.

This coin absolutely feels like it's on the backburner, not due to its creator or anyone trying to help promote it, but just because it hasn't been picked up by many exchanges.  We're seeing coins like MOON getting extreme hype and being listed on exchanges in 12 hours, while we sit here 6 weeks later with very little movement.

It feels dead. I'll probably dump most of what I still have and leave a tiny bit for insurance.

So your twitter feed is basically a long advertisement for Ripple, and you refuse to cover non "serious" coins. Some "news" you are.

This worked for me as well, but i was getting permission errors and had to chmod a file in there to get it to work.

Splitting it for example may not be a bad idea.  I get alerted for every topic and the vast majority of them are:

* Join my new 1% pool, the 30th pool of its kind for a coin you're not interested in mining.

* Hey owner of an exchange! I'm treating this as your support forum! You've wronged me!
