Withdrawal from your wallet is not working. I've been waiting for 7 hours and it is still in "in progress" status. And there is no response to my support tickets.

Now I can see the transaction after 10 hours in blockchain. It is still unconfirmed but I believe it'll be confirmed eventually.
Trxid is 388dcd050448f4462f1b453699106c3f880ea59273462a4cfdbd6554a76ef2e6
I guess there is nothing to do other than waiting. Is there?

Same problem here. I've sent some btc from my wallet which located in a local website (I am in Turkey) to my wallet in coinpayments.net. Transaction is shown in my coinpayments.net account as pending but when I click the trx id, I see "transaction not found" page. It has been almost 8-9 hours passed till the transfer request.
Is there anything I can do?
