Re: Will Bitcoin always be dependent on fiat? Is it?
by
reputedchain
on 26/02/2016, 03:13:28 UTC
Bitcoin will always be dependent on fiat. Only if people were to completely accept bitcoin would fiat be rendered useless.

Yeah, and I don't see it happening in near future as the market cap of fiat is huge as compared bitcoin, so bitcoin would be surely dependent on fiat in future too.

There are chances if everything goes digital then we can expect that people would use more bitcoins as a payment method in compare to fiat, but that doesn't mean fiat will simply disappear.

That's true even if everything goes digital we would still find many users that would be dependent on fiat and they would continue to use fiat as they are using it since a long period of time.

That's the problem with traditional people as they don't want to experiment with new things, they would stick to the same thing they are used and never entertain the innovative things.

That's not true even the older generation wants something new, and if they don't some new things then they would never accept internet too, but now they are used to it, only thing they want is good return on their investments and its difficult for them to trust bitcoins at a moment.

Yeah and the reason is they hesitate in investing their money in something that they really don't know, they have a fear of loosing their money by investing into digital currency.

Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins?
by
reputedchain
on 26/02/2016, 03:11:06 UTC
i do buy Bitcoins for resale again basically for my trading activity and buy when prices down and sell when prices rise up

You have to be a genius to figure out when prices are up and when prices are down.
$300 seemed to be a peak a few months back.
People will be dieing to buy at those prices right now.

Very rightly said, very difficult to predict the best price to buy, as we don't know what bitcoin holds for us very next day, so it totally depends on luck to buy and sell your coins.
We all buy Bitcoins because we think it has now a low value to buy it. If you can but it with a low value than the chance is higher that you can make some more money later.
But to predict a currency it is very difficult. You never know what can happen later in the future.

Yeah, that is the major issue with bitcoins, that we are not sure when to buy it and when to sell it, as the price is difficult to predict so we can never say that this is the best price to buy.

That's true and if we could judge then we would be the richest person on the earth, but that's simply impossible when it comes to predicting the price of bitcoins.

Re: How too get rich
by

You can get rich by using the bitcoin as a long term investment, I think this is the best method to get rich without any big risks.
Its of course always a risk you are taking but you will need to take a minimal risk to gain money and get rich.
i think not many people want to wait a long time to become rich, especially you need a big capital for investment in bitcoin

No mate you really don't need a big capital to invest in bitcoins, you can start will a small investment, and no one is saying you to buy full bitcoin you can buy it in parts, and who knows even a small investment can give give you best returns if the price reaches the moon in future.

Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today?
by
reputedchain
on 26/02/2016, 03:05:54 UTC
Its always good to hold one whole bitcoin in our digital wallet, but we are not sure whether it would be too big or too small amount to hold for future as we don't know what would be the price of bitcoin in future.

correct, no one can be sure what is the best price of bitcoin at a moment and even in future too, so its better to hold maximum number of coins and keep it safe for future.

Yeah, as we don't know what future is going to offer us, so lets prepare with the worst situation that even if the price falls down to $100 we should hold a descent amount of coins that can take care of us in future.

It will never go that low in future the price is rising at a moment and it will continue to rise in future too, it might get back to 300 but falling to 100 is simply not possible looking at the present scenario.

by

The future of bitcoin is good for sure as we are expecting a major price hike after the halving and we are eagerly waiting for it, so just need to wait and watch what halving offers us.
the future is not just about halving bitcoin. there are many who could make better bitcoin prices. for example adoption

Adoption will not reach to a extreme level unless there is awareness among the people, and if there is no awareness how you can expect a higher level of adoption both goes hand in hand.

Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless?
by
reputedchain
on 26/02/2016, 03:02:02 UTC
I don't see fiat going anywhere even if the value of btc reaches to 1 million people would still continue to use fiat, as there are many people who knows only to use fiat and no other currency.

Yes that is mostly the case with traditional people who believes in using traditional currency and for them accepting bitcoin as a currency is hard to believe.

That's true they don't want to experiment with their money, and we respect their feeling as its their hard earned money and they don't want to loose it simply by investing into something they are not aware about.

Re: Bitcoin or gold?
by
reputedchain
on 26/02/2016, 03:00:16 UTC
I have a strong feeling that bitcoin can give me good returns in future so I would choose to invest in bitcoin as the price is too volatile so I can earn a good profit from it.

Depending on bitcoin too long is not a wiser thing to do, as you said the price is too volatile anything can happen in future, either bitcoin can make you super rich or you loose everything.

Yeah investing in bitcoin is too risky and if you can afford to take that risk then you can surely invest into it, but I would choose gold as it is more stable and it can give me good returns in long term.

Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins?
by

on 26/02/2016, 02:58:18 UTC
No,only for trading to have more bitcoin  and for betting on sport for fun
No merchant here what accept  bitcoin

Yeah, spending bitcoin on gambling is fun, you at least have a way where you can spend your bitcoins, I personally spend it on gambling and try to multiply my coins.
I bet so far they only take your money or do you have a descent profit. Most of time gambling is waste of time and cost your more then you ever will win back.

Yeah, you cannot be lucky every time and the golden rule of gambling is you get poor and the houses gets rich, so its better to stay away from gambling and invest our money where we can get guaranteed returns.

Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever
by
reputedchain
on 26/02/2016, 02:56:32 UTC
Not selling you coins ever is the worst thing to do, if you are earning profits you should sell it and again wait for the price to fall down, do not hold your coins too long.

sometimes after you sell your bitcoin to take profit, the bitcoin price keep rising to the moon, and the fail not reached your sell price, better to sell some and keep holding for future don't sell alll of your bitcoin

Correct, never sell all your coins, keep some in buffer stock as we don't know what would be the price of bitcoin in future, so its always better to keep some coins safe in wallet.

if i can predict or analisys when the price down(after reading some analisys from newsbtc), i prefered to sell all of my bitcoin then iam buy back at lower price , after price rising again, i sell only the profit and keep hold it Roll Eyes

That's impossible to do, are you an astrologer who can judge the perfect price or perfect time to buy or sell bitcoins, if everyone would be able to do it then everyone would get super rich with bitcoins.

before halving everyday we must collecting, earning, buying, holding  bitcoin
the bitcoin price will be rising to the moon after halving

Yeah its better to buy at a moment and hold it for the future at least until the halving as it is expected that the price would rise during the halving period so its always good to hold till that time.

If I would be having 13 bitcoins in my wallet then I would surely hold my bitcoins until the halving occurs, as if the price reaches to moon I can sell all of them and can earn higher returns.

Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin?
by
reputedchain
on 25/02/2016, 17:20:19 UTC
There are few methods from which bitcoins can be grown. Faucets, signature campaigns , gambling and investment.
Gambling can be risky and investment requires you must have quite big amount of bitcoins with you to gamble safe. But Faucets and signature campaigns are good method to increase the bitcoins.

Faucets are good for newbies, but it is a waste of time and too time consuming as the returns are in peanuts, so I would prefer to grow my bitcoins with signature campaigns.

Re: Should i buy my first whole bitcoin
by

on 25/02/2016, 17:17:37 UTC
It will be a good idea now around this time. The value is now rising so you must hurry up to buy it !
If you are buying it now around this time than you will maybe have some profit later in the future and that will be good for you.

Yes, we all know that halving is coming and we expect some higher price after halving so everyone is busy at a moment in buying bitcoins, so if you can afford to buy 1 btc then its a good decision to make.
