[ANN] WoofCoin / New Coin [WOFC] GPU Mining/PoW

WOOF COIN

Since the beginning of the pandemic, pet surrendering rates have increased dramatically around the world. Waitlists for surrendering household pets have increased to a remarkable eight months as animal shelters and welfare organisations have seen an increase of 34% for animals needing help.

Typically, animal shelters are under resourced and under financed; relying heavily on donations and the volunteer efforts to assist animals.

This is where Woof Coin steps in. As avid lovers of dogs, we wanted to make a difference. Using the power of Proof of Work mining, we’ve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community.

Our aim is to put animals first and we intend on developing ongoing relationships with pet shelters to help adoption.

Coins Specifications
21 billion supply
Block 2,100,000 halving (4 years estimated)
Algorithm: KawPOW

Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People!

Buying Bitcoin is not complicated. It's using exchanges that is the hardest part. You are dumb if you don't believe getting into crypto isn't complicated. It took me a while to learn how to use different exchanges etc.

A LOT of people these days would not bother to learn how about crypto because the exchanges are a pain in the ass

Re: Swiss coin {SIC} Scam, Fraud and Rip off

Yes. Swisscoin is NOT a scam.

It's taken awhile for the right people to come together for it, but it's finally happening. The CEO that didn't give a crap about the coin has been removed from the CEO position and someone who actually cares about the coin has taken his place.

Swisscoin project is finally heading in the right direction. Don't miss it. It's not going to be huge, but if you invest now while it's cheap, you will get a nice profit in the next couple of years.

Get it now while you can.. don't make me come back in a year and say "See, I told you so!"

Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long

God Bitcoin has been around how long now and it's still not going anywhere?

For the amount of time Bitcoin has been around it should be widely accepted just as big as Paypal is. Still can't go to a store and buy something using Bitcoin. Or using any other crypto.

Until companies start using Cryto's.. all they are is some investment rich people invest it and what criminals use to hide their criminal activity. No real uses+talk of all these regulations= crypto crashing. This is what we are seeing. Lack of real world usage and Government threats= Crpyto $295 billion, down from a whole crapload from a few months ago

Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ?
by

on 14/03/2018, 13:09:03 UTC
Listen folks.. it's as simple as this. Lots of criminals and people who don't want to be traced used Crypto for their fraud activities. Crypto currencies like Bitcoin are NOT widely known for NORMAL people to use for their every day uses like shopping, etc. There is going to be MORE regulations coming in the future and still not enough every day uses for Crypto. So the price is just going to go down down down. People who use coins like Bitcoin for their fraud activity will dump Bitcoin and go to other things and the only thing left investing will be rich people who think Bitcoin will make them millionaires this day in age.

Someone said Bitcoin will go up in a couple days. Then it was a week, then it was two weeks. Now it's a month. People said it won't go below $3000 and it's $200 away. Stop with that crap because you people have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow, or the next day after, etc.

It's NOT going to recover this month, especially with China talking about the banning taking place September 30.
This shit can go under $2000 if every day negative after negative stories are put on the internet about Bitcoin

Yes folks we are fucked for at least this month.

Re: Bought my first BTC @ $4600, slightly worried
by

on 13/09/2017, 10:47:05 UTC
You buyed just when it got on the top of its price. That is a beginner mistake. Think if you would research a little and wait till now, you could buy 1 bitcoin with 700$ less and you would be closer to make profit in future. Anyway, I think there is absolutely no reason to worry. Dont panic and keep your bitcoin in wallet for future. Its price is going to double in next 2-3 years

That's not really a beginner mistake as he had no clue of the market would drop to below $4000. What if he waited and waited for it to drop and Bitcoin went to $7,000 instead? He had no insider info that China would all of a sudden want to ban ICO's

Re: Urgent need for a Bitcoin "assocation"
by

What do you guys think about this?

No association. No formality. No governing body. No central control. It all would go against the foundation tenets of Bitcoin. The trade off for that freedom is that there is no single message to refute the FUD or bad press. That's OK. It's the individual adoption of each us that stands up against the negative press. Our individual action gives the community strength.
Agreed. No, no no.  People can say what they want about bitcoin, but it
doesn't make it true, and 'we' as the bitcoin community have no duty to sway
public opinion.  This is a currency, and 'we' are but users of that currency.  Didn't
there used to be a Bitcoin Foundation that ended up being corrupt as hell?  That's
exactly what would happen, or similar, if it's tried again.  We don't need such a thing
and I vote for no.

Have to agree with Habbear, Pearls Before Swine, tailwang above.

When it comes to bitcoin;

China's central authority is becoming irrelevant.

Jamie Dimon is becoming irrelevant (we all see the uneducated irony of his statements today)

All the world's largest banks who have been blocking any disclosed/open bitcoin transactions/businesses since 2013 are irrelevant.

Any attempts of government regulations / legalizations are irrelevant.

Bitcoin hit escape velocity back in 2013 (4 years ago) and has been strengthening ever since. It's 10 year anniversary is not too far away.

Truth is, Bitcoin is secure because of all of its dynamics (decentralized, open-source, immutable, secure, store of value, long established, system-of-balance: miners vs developers vs users). There is no other financial asset on earth (fiat, stocks, gold, or real estate) that can beat the store of value that is Bitcoin.

Seeing how China tanked Bitcoin about $600 themselves, right now they are still very much involved and will continue to be involved and not "irrelevant"

I am new here, and I am telling you.. unless people stop talking crap about Bitcoin like the JPMorgan CEO and they hear news on China, Bitcoin is NOT going to recover.

It could be weeks or months before we hear an official thing from China, and Bitcoin could tank even more until then

I heard about Bitcoin in the past few years and researched it lightly.

A coworker at my job mentioned something about it and said I should start investing in it. So here I am.

The longer China keeps talking about banning ICO's, the further these coins will tank.

Plus you have all sources in the world posting negative articles about Bitcoin, etc.

It will take a few weeks, for it to recover. If it does at all.
Obviously some good news has to come out about Bitcoin, and haven't seen much yet. For every one positive article about Bitcoin, there are about 5 negative ones driving down price

Do people actually think Bitcoin will reach $100,000?  Grin

I mean, come on..

For starters. I invested in it. It's not going to reach $100,000 LOL. That would actually make me live a little bit more comfortably, and we all know that's not going to happen!
