poolwaffle, I personally think that you should raise your fee permanently to 1.5% (that is what multipool.us charges), and also allow each person to set a donation percent above that 1.5% mandatory fee. Your current reject and stale rates are extremely low - and if you maintain those, I believe the 1.5% is very much worth it. 2% I think is stretching it a little and may make some people switch to other pools. Just my opinion. I have switched to your pool almost 2 days ago (when all this started happening), and I have loved not only your pool/network, but also how you've been communicating with your members thus far. I think you should also install either a chatbox on your website, or a forum of some type so we can communicate there instead of having to chase down threads in both bitcoin forum or reddit.

Also, I have a quick question if I may... Since you use Cryptsy, could one use the Cryptsy trade key as their address (it's for user to user transfers), so there is no fee @ Cryptsy for the deposit of BTC each day? Or do you have to use a BTC address? Thought I would ask

ditto, I am also having an issue with a small personal 0.3 BTC payout from cryptsy (non-pool related), and my payout from wafflepool.
