We need to implement this as soon as possible and make it widely known. Perhaps donating to the dev fund will help speed this process.

I agree that most successful coins have a 'first'. However, I don't think Execoin can compete with Darkcoin when it comes to anonymity. We need to find something uniqe! Easier said than done, but I think that's the only way to attract people to Execoin. The altcoin competition is tough...
I've not been that active in the forums lately, but I've been mining exe for a long time now. I think Execion is the next big thing. I'm no altcoin guru, but I was an early adopter of Darkcoin and Blackcoin. I hope I'm right about this one too

Anyone interested in straight up selling, I don't like any of these exchanges? Name the price, somewhere around the 350 satoshi mark looks right.
I'm waiting for a solid exchange as well before I'll start buying some. I don't trust unknown exchanges anymore... Hopefully the price won't rise too much until then.

http://bltz.multi-pool.eu/ only lost 5 blocks right near the start and from then on they were on the right fork. Sadly though, they were 5 blocks from when the network hashrate was quite low (under 1.5gh/s) so those with small rigs like mine actually lost a fair amount of coin. (mined 2.5k so far, lost 500 for about 30 minutes of mining
)OK, thanks for the info! I've been mining at multipool from the start as well, turns out that was a good choise then. I've switched to dwarfpool now though, getting less rejects there.

based on interest and announcements BLTZ will be very valuable, very lucrative for anyone who hold even a small amount of BLTZ

Solo mining that is. Of course you'll get coins with less than 5 MHs if you join a pool.

It looks like there will be no solo mining in this coin. The pools need 5 minutes to compile the source. So they will be up and mining before the launch. Why not give the solo miners a chance and release the password to everyone at the same time?
Why don't you just join a pool as well? As this is a KGW coin, solo mining will work just for the first couple of blocks anyway.
For the record I actually don't like coins that are launched with KGW. I know a long diff retarget is unfair to people joining a couple of days late, but without big bag holders there are little or no interest in promoting the coin. In this case though I think KGW@launch is the way to go as there are only seven days of mining!
