Try coinbase rather than searching for btc seller in person. Most of them are wanted to scam you or maybe more.

by the way, EXIR which they are quoting from is not even Iranian exchange, it is located in Korea and i don't see any license! on top of it the price there is exactly what i just said meaning the same as its USD value, nothing more nothing less.
Yah, if it is a real $24000 for 1 bitcoin price then all of these people will dump bitcoin by moving their bitcoin to the exchange. :\

And now it has reached $6.2k. I can expect if bitcoin might reach out below $6000 and keep decreasing until it has no price for 1 bitcoin.

You are not a perspective person which not search in deeply enough to find if a cryptocurrency is banned in the country that you mock. Mostly, a country that allows gamble and such things that you said before, it's pretty common to not to ban a currency since it is not illegal.

I'm 99 percent not sure about it but you have to find a lot of things before investing since there are so many ICOs which are not provable whether it's a scam or not.
