try the mod binaries in my sig, i can't say if it will fix it but i think most algo's are a little faster on my mod280x card:15.95 mh

I have a question about the driver version.
I'm under Linux. The latest driver is http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/linux-amd-catalyst-14.6-beta-v1.0-jul11.zip
But are you sure that version increase the hashrate on X11/X13 like the 14.6 RC2 under Windows ?

I have 5970 ati card tired with any sgminer 5 version only work with darkcoin.cl marucoin.cl kernel and crash my driver with darkcoin-mod , marucoin-modold , talkcoin-mod.cl , bitblockold.cl.

To the AMD 5/6000 guys... I have no problems running 5870's with Vista x64 & x32 - SGM v5 - 13.12 or 14.6RC drivers and switching between x11, x13, x15, ndist5 with no problems. Stable for days on end. I do get slightly better hash rate on the 13.12 drivers. I am getting ~ 1.75mhs x11, 1.35 x13, 1.15 x15 and 7.5 ndist5.
The thing is I really don't which version of the miner I am running. I got the win binaries download from badman's sig a while back. All I can tell from it is I need to use "kernel" rather than "algo".
@badman...is there anyway for me to tell what version I have?

i worked with sgminer_v5_0_mod (modded for extra hashs) in windows and great but i have Two rigs in linux i want work with this sgminer in linux.
this is my two card one 7950 and two R9 290 work with sgminer_v5_0_mod (modded for extra hashs)

sgminer v5 doesnt seems to work for my AMD GPU cards, my PC hangs completly, and i have to manual restart

Do you guys have some config that works on these cards ?
