Now, to address some more specific concerns:

The only thing preventing that, and is currently preventing that in a large way, is the extreme inflation that caused a dip in volume, rather than a rise in volume, that prevented us from keeping the price up. However, it fell slowly and stably, allowing users to continue trading in and out without significant loss: consider that our system still made money even in the downturn market. Our main goal outlined in the whitepaper. In terms of what we set out to do: Start at .00115, maintain a tight spread, be easy to invest and sell, and generate support. We actually far exceeded our initial exchange rate, maintained a high exchange rate for a long time, closed the spread, and generated good support. It wasnt until the snowball effect began to overtake the investment pool that our equilibrium failed. But this is why we did not allow significant hype: we wanted to know how the market would react to the ideas we presented and how we can best benefit the community through our systems.

so the exchange rate you and trading algorithm looking for is .00115 at the moment, right???
so would I become an idiot if i buy in 0.0013x as you would not offer any help to stimulate the price to beyond your 1.5% expected growth...
Further, if the exchange rate rise to 0.0018, would you or your trading algorithm incite investor to dump back to your 0.00115 around level???
Please respond to my question...I am very worried to buy in Aircoin right now.

I have tried the pool my self and am reporting both of you are right! The pool does have a working confirmation system to an extent. I first created an account with my comcast address and it did NOT work! I then created an account with my gmail and it DID work! So I am happy to report that the pool IS working, just be sure to check that your email service can receive them before mining. I will PM the dev and the pool op to let them know so you can change the email or just get the operator to manually withdraw as well as any support avenue on the pool site. Sorry you're having a bad time. I have some coinage for you if you'd like, and I am very confident you will get your coins from the pool.Thank you for your investigation...finally someone believe us T^T I am using yahoo mail btw (whts wrong with yahoo?) I am trying again the sending everyday, I hope it would work one day. 0% fee pool is really attractive. Indeed, I really hope it works and want to use it 24/7. I can verify that the PoolNetwork pool works, as it is the only pool I have consistently used (besides the P2Pool) since launch. I've had problems with other pools and email confirmations, but I just want to make sure that people know that this specific pool is not a scam and everyone should always test email confirmations and update their account information before pointing their miners to any pool to avoid problems down the line.
Yep, you are correct. I guess I have to take some responsibility also and not to rely so much on dev-team. After this experience, I have tested the confirmation email of the charity pool before pointing it

I wish I could read your post before mining. I have joined dnote.poolnetwork.org I have the same problem with the "Edit Account". It said "A token was sent to your e-mail that will allow you to edit your account details" but I havent received any email for it. After log out and log in again, that sentence remain there but I cannot edit my payment address nor i can send email to my address anymore.
I wish this is not a SCAM. If it is, I guess Dnote you have to take some responsibility of that as you place such pool on your op.
PS: I have print-screened all of necessary information.
Edit1: After a while, I could press the button for sending the email in the pool. However, my mailbox still hasnt received any email for confirmation of editing the payment address.
I have been mining in this pool for a day now without any problems. Profile editing works and the payments are made as promised. +1 for this pool.

Perhaps, my expectation for a good dev team may be too high. I thought the things in the op should be tested by themselves at first and then put their recommendation in the op. In the phonebook case, the dev-team you expect is that they list out all possible and relevant stuff in the op and let others to try. Once there are problem, dev-team would update it. This is just a matter of different level of expectation. I guess I am too new in here LOL. BTW this is not only my own problem. Somebody has addressed this issue before.

Here is my update: After one day, I still havent received any email in EVERY FOLDER of my mailbox. Few minutes ago, I have clicked "unlock" again but no email comes.
Those having issues with emails, check your spam folder. Found my activation email there.

I am saying one specific pool is scam not the coin. If I think this coin is scam, I would not be so frustrated for losing these coins. I have tried Charity pool after I found the problem in the previous pool. Charity pool works fine and I got my coins.

This guy's bitcointalk account has only 1 post, which is this sentence. And his date Registered is February 20, 2014, 03:22:16 PM. I really doubt his claim and his intention....or even his linkage with that pool's owner.

DNotes Pool had no issues at launch, nor since. Have been steadily finding blocks now for just over 24hrs. I did adjust the token expiry that some people were having issues with registering.
It is great though that all the pools seem to be running smoothly and giving miners a range of options to choose (or combine) from.

Dude. your pool has NOT found for block in 2 hours going now. What is up with that? And then you post here that you are steadily finding blocks like no one is going to look. Why? Something is wrong with either your pool or the Dnote blockchain to not find a block in the time frame with your total hashpower.
Well 3 minutes after my post their site finally gets updated and it appears they have found blocks during the last two hours. Strange that. Those who decide to use this pool be aware that the stats are not updated in a timely manner and there is no notice regarding this. Good luck everyone

The adaptive-n is a good move. The random reward sounds interesting. It reminds me about CGA's reward method But they are just in a extreme situation of "all or nth". Still, I personally dont like the logo....It may be too many words inside and it is hard to read when the pic is small.

Please ADD PENG/BTC and CORG/BTC. Both coins have large popularity and strong community network. With a group of decent dev-team, these coins must grow large and to the moon definitely.
