Re: how risky is day trading?

With the unpredictable changes in bitcoin price people have chosen to hold instead of day trading, I mean the majority have.
How risky is day trading at the moment?

most day traders lose money.
https://www.thebalance.com/why-do-forex-traders-lose-money-1344936

Not only that... Even if you gain money because you were going to win due to the fact that you were investing in a market while it was going up, you might end up not gaining as much as you would holding ( that happened to me)
Most of the increase happens in just a small portion of the days. If you miss out on your trades, you will lose a lot of money that you would gain holding long term.

Re: What will happen when the DeepOnion Airdrop ends?

Well, let's go through some of the possible scenarios.

1st.
Demand to buy coins stay the same, the same number of people still want to buy new coins. With a steady supply and no new coins being inserted in the market in the airdrop, there is only one way to get them. Buying on the market from people that are willing to sell at a higher price.

2nd.
Demand increases and popularity grows. What happened in the 1st case will be accentuated and appreciation of the coin value will grow even more.

3rd.

Demand decrease and popularity go down. Well, everything starts to go down.

NOBODY can predict what will happen. You can see the public interest in this coin (https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?q=buy%20DeepOnion,DeepOnion). Things don't look good at googletrends.

Shady to say the least.
Also, their last tweet says:
"We are still working on the wallet, ran into a fundamental issue. Our wallet will be launched in February."

I was outdated on this one... More and more red flags keep popping on these guys.

I think this is a perfect example of how to detect a scam ICO.

Please in doubt, use this as a template. I almost felt prior to doing my own research. Don't be hasty, it's better to lose a bonus of X% than 100% of your investment.
Best regards,

Re: Which ICO is worth investing 5000$ in 2018 ?

I have invested in rentberry.cryptonomos.com

I think I should have gotten more than 1 ETH at 33% bonus at the time. Now I am thinking of buying more.

Why?

1. Solid company behind
2. Legit project.
3. Potential benefits for the holder. Possibly a giant market will use this coins as deposit between landlord and renters.
4. Company can still grow tremendously

This is my personal opinion based on my personal research. I really do encourage YOU to do your own research.

Phoscoin ICO SCAM

https://phoscoin.com/

Phoscoin ICO is almost certainly a SCAM.

1: Their claims are false. It's not the lowest fees.
2: It's obviously not instantaneous.
3: The team. All the team member if you google their names you will find obituaries and almost none of the team member have professional photos or links to linked in or any credible platform.
4: Photos of the team members are unprofessional. They also have indications that they are scanned from catalogs.
5: Upon confronting the team with this information they made bad excuses and when I asked for a photo of the member with a time stamp they promptly said yes in public but in the personal facebook he answers "Yeah right, I will pass them" making fun of me and not providing them.
6: All the team accounts that had any links (Facebook, Instagram ) all looked freshly created.

I was really busy and I should have reported this earlier, better late than sorry.
I almost invested in this scam ICO. Please be vigilant.
Best regards,
 Ricardo
