Hi all . I need to change from Ledger Nano s ,to Nano s plus .[ overdue ] So ,would i need to physically send any funds ,as per the usual way on the blockchain ,between devices ,or would i restore my account/ funds onto new device ? through private keys ,to therefor move funds. ? Thanks for any answers. 

ok thanks for replies so far. So the connection issue seems stuck at moment . If there is no simple way around it . I think i would have to connect to ledger to be able to disconnect wallets to use another way to access them i.e pass phrases .I'M quite lost ....think i will try support ticket with each asset......

Good Morning all . Trying to connect Zilliqa [zillet wallet] and Theta [ thetaboard ] to my ledger nano s through ledger live ,which i have done for years successfully,on the same laptop as now but for a long time now i am getting this message :   U2F browser support is needed for ledger.please use chrome,opera or firefox with a U2F extension.Also make sure you're on an HTTPS connection. I need some guidance with the U2F ,as i got stuck with this before ; is this a chrome extension ?
                                                                                               Also, when i thought i would possibly access these wallets another way i.e, private keys / passwords i realised i don't have them .Therefor ,i can't remember ,as it's a long time ago did i , could i have set up the wallets by just connection to hardwear wallet option alone ?
                                                                             I would very much appreciate any help with this .

   Hi all . I hope i am posting in right area . Just quickly checking something ; when trying to connect Meta Mask wallet to Ledger nano s [ for extra security ] i get the following message ...... " OPEN DEVICE BRIDGE ,EXPOSE YOUR DEVICE ACCOUNTS THROUGH WEB SOCKET , opening a bridge exposes all of your accounts to third party applications "    is this part of the normal process / a legitimate step in connecting ?    Any help much appreciated . 

   Thanks for more replies. to sum up.....my post about m.mask security is partly because ive had trouble linking it to my ledger for extra security [ did a seperate post on this ] . My computer is clean ,as i dont open links/ connect to dodgy sites etc . Also my keys are offline .   I close meta mask when not using it . So , are people saying that i should UNCONNECT from  connected sites to m.mask , then re connect when i need to use them ?

    Hi all . re: m.mask security ...... if you have very small/low risk funds in m.mask wallet , as recommended , but from a phishing/hacking perspective , you have : connected sites : to wallet , does this mean if wallet is accessed by hacker that they can then access connected sites ?

 re; JAERED answer .i sympathise with your similar problem . You are probably , like me ,trying to link to ledger for extra security . Thanks for everyone elses replies / time ....i will look into your suggestions to resolve this. 

Hi all . Cant connect metamask to ledger . I have updated ledger/m.mask wallet. i have tried to conect on chrome and firefox browser . any ideas pls ?

When i try to connect my theta wallet to my ledger nano s i get message saying  ....ledger not connected  ,even though it is . i could always connect before this way and view balance etc but now cant see wallet . [ i run a ] n elite edge node  ] btw . any ideas .  could i try using theta board [ i think i would still have to connect to hardwear wallet [ ledger ]  ..... ?    thanks for any help .

     Hi all.  I am trying to move avax funds from an exchange onto my nano s  via avalanche wallet . I have installed avalanche app on nano s [ which is now full ] .When itry to connect i keep getting message ..."  cannot retreive public key from ledger nano s . I have seen others having this issue/message on Reddit but i couldnt solve problem there .    Any ideas please .   ?    thanks for any answers .

     Hi all . Do i need to set up 24 word recovery/ seed phrase when sett ing  up a  new avalanche wallet [ if i am connecting to my avax APP ON LEDGER NANO S . ] ?   wHEN I HAVE LINKED a diffrerent asset before that is also not a native app on nano s , i just click on  access my wallet with nano s  .  I would prefer not to have to keep more seedphrase / private keys etc , but rather just link straight to app on ledger .   Any help please .....

     Hi all .  I have just installed the Avalanche app on my nano s . Do i need to create and store the 24 word passphrases ,when setting up new avax wallet ,if i am linking it to nano s ? With other currencies that dont have a native app on ledger as such ,i didnt have to create private keys /24 word back up , but just clicked ,  connect to ledger device .   Any help much appreciated ....       

    Hi all . I installed Theta edge node to then stake tfuel ,but i entered my THETA WALLET address incorrectly [ one letter in the wrong case ] .The edge node is earning Tfuel ,but i presume it wont go to my  INCORRECT wallet address . I cant seem to delete it ,so any help on how i can correct . I uninstalled edge node but when i downloaded it again it still has same incorrect wallet address ...... thanks for any help ...
