Anyone with and idea or advice for a micro device that can track a laptop or a smart phone that is almost always offline, the device also has to be independent of the system's battery and internet connections. the device should be small and not easily noticed when install on a laptop. I really need advice and suggestions. I need this because where i live, this things get missing all the time and the chance of getting them back are really slim because they are always offline.
