Linking everything with Telegram might be a good idea. Since you cannot have 10 different Telegram accounts. This might restrict it a bit further
It is possible. Because of people's greed, they can create more than 10 different telegram accounts to have airdrop. It is true.

You could also work with cookies and IP tracking.
If the system detects two accounts from the same IP *BAN!*
Same with cookies.

If you'd prefer to keep it simple activity might do it.
Activity that cannot be automated like meaningful posts or written reviewes/articles on a project.

I remember projects where one had to ask questions or answer them in a group to be regarded as 'active' and getting the reward.
So if someone new joined everyone was keen on answering questions. Same with AMAs and interviews.
Was a totally different experience from other groupchats Grin

you have to learn about trading before start it, you should know the risk of trading because trading is not only about profit but it's possible if you will lose your money. for the beginner start with small amount it's better, you can learn by doing. do not doubt to try it.
To start trading a person must learn first so we will know that trading is not easy thing to. It should have a knowledge first for us not to lose during trading. Yes start at any amount and always learn from mistakes so that in the next trading you can rid of losing money.

Learn basic TA and how to look at the global chart. Zoom Out

Then start with a demo account or about one third of your investment.
In the beginning you will loose some money, so better to cut your "learning fee" small.
Then improve and prosper!

I don't see trading crypto currency as an entertainment in any way but as some thing that brings profit to me at the end of my trade which simply mean that I trade for profit and not for entertainment purpose.

How can you not be entertained if you look at the BTC chart and see all the barts that can be painted there?
When you are in the small 20 people chat group of a new coin at 3am and joking with the dev about life.
When the coin you have been carefully charting and observing for days suddenly rocket jumps into one direction and renders all your analysis useless.

Seriously without being entertained this whole space would just be too much for me.
Sometimes I just need to laugh in face of the absurdness of cryptoworld Grin

I found the op perspective refreshing. In addition to all that has been said, I leave by the maxim that says ant profit is a profit, it doesn't matter how small it is if you are in profit , you have gain something and you should be happy and proud of your accomplishment.
This is where you excel for when you are contented to be happy on what you have gain for and be proud just make sure you do some improvement for this to be.

That's exactly the reason why I have started to make trades for about 5% where before I had consider them "not enough".
5% gained are 5% gained that won't be taken from me.
If there is more profit to make I will make it and unti that time has come I continue to make small profits.

Re: 4 factors that could destroy your Trading
by
riderinred
on 02/05/2018, 12:36:06 UTC
I will add for the factors is the emotions. Emotions is the cause why you are greedy in every trade if you have a profit you want to sell directly to prevent from the dump of the price. The emotions is controlling you to will not hold a coin because in your mind it will dump.

I think you misunderstand greed here. Greed means that you want more and more of something. In this case it is money or to be more detailed Bitcoin.
So when you see that a trade is green and you could take profit now you think "no I want more profit, I will sell for a 10x" and you do not take profit.
Then the coin dumps and is red again. You did not make any money because you did not sell.
This is one way greed in trading can hurt you.

Bitcoin Price Analysis: The Breakthrough Is Possible, But Will Be Difficult

The past week did not bring any special surprises and generally passed under scenario described in the previous issue of our analytical analisys. At the moment there is a consolidation and accumulation of volumes for the further upward movement.

For a long time BTC/USD traded around main resistance levels of $9 200 and $ 9 800. Reaching a level of $9 800, the rate has sharply jumped aside against the background of massive sales and fixing of profit...https://en.bit.news/bitcoin-price-analysis-breakthrough-possible-will-difficult/

The daily chart is unchanged. The movement is developing within the framework of the third wave. We need a shock impulse like the one on April 12th/

I agree with the bigger picture on your analysis, that we are in a bull trend and that we will move past 10k.
But on the lower time-frame (about 1 week) I disagree with your prediction of an impulsive move that will break current resistance levels.
In my oppinion the trend is loosing momentum and we will see a short period of down- or sideway movement, before the next resistance will be challenged.

I also doubt that we will go from 10k to 16k without another correction.

Man, this is an old post and it is not relevant right now, but I guess there are discontinued coins and it might be relevant to other people.
So, let's hear the name of the coins that are discontinued but you can still find a buyer for them.

I think this list will be very long.
Many coins out there were forsaken by their devs or just declared "finished".
After all some altcoin devs just jump from coin to coin for money.

Re: The best way to manage free money
by
riderinred
on 07/04/2018, 11:56:47 UTC
As you are participating in bounty campaigns I conclude that you are scanning for new ICOs at least every week.

As I also like bounties here is what works fine for me:
I look for profitable bounties and once they paid me out I sell a few tokens for ETH or BTC.
When I come across a nice project in my search for bounties I join it, learn about it while doing the translation and getting to know how the team treats their customers etc.
If I feel confident in the team and project I invest some of my "free bounty money" into this project.
Once the token hits the exchanges I choose an exit point where I pull my initial investment and some profit out and continue to look for the next project.

Hope to have given you a new idea Smiley
This can be very profitable 30x and up. Make sure that you invest at the earliest stage possible if you plan on investing.

According to CCN, Bitcoin prices will probably climb after April 17, when Tax Day in the United States is over. That’s what Fundstrat co-founder Tom Lee, a noted bitcoin bull, predicts.

If this is true then. Better buy some bitcoins now as long as is it low. Goodluck guys !

While I have a similar opinion on the implications of American tax period, CNN may bring me to reevaluate my opinion.
Most of the time the majority of people is wrong.
CNN reflects what this majority thinks and tells them what to think/do.
When they made a video on "how to buy XRP the hottest cryptocurrency now" it was the XRP top.
The next day XRP started to crash like hell. So, in general, it's good to do the exact opposite of CNN.

The only exception would be if your own reasoning already proofed a point and now CNN is saying the same.
After all, a blind chicken might find a crumb.

Re: Is it a good buying price for bitcoin?
by

Is it a good buying price for bitcoin?Might cross-border activity often lead to better demand for bitcoin? So bitcoin will do better in the second half of the year. What do you think?
Yesterday it was around $7,400 and now it's $7,200 so it's a good time to buy bitcoin now. Test or learn from the last year's chart and discover the resemblance from past year to this years market. The way that the market went through a correction that is not normal for some is what others put into panic selling but now it's starting to return so if you want to hop in while the market is calm, then you have to do it right now. Don't wait before it's get on the bull.
The thing is that while waiting for a good time most especially when you are already in a dip, you may miss the lower one while waiting for more lows. Start buying now bit by bit and at the end it will all average up. The market is always one step ahead but anyone buying now should actually count themselves lucky for buying now as there would be a lot of profit awaiting them once the market recovers.

To OP's second question, it always ends up doing better in the second half of the year, but no one can guarantee you anything and even if it does, no one can say we may see the possibility of attaining the previous or new ATH before the end of the year. However, to your first question, it is a good buying opportunity since we are a lot low now, and even if it goes down a little more, then just buy more.

I agree with you two, especially because we are having bad market sentiment right now, the market is comparatively calm.
New developments are being made (coinbase announcements etc) and the volume EMA is rising, so the bull on crack that bitcoin can become may be around the corner.
I use this phase now to accumulate and hoping for nice profits in the next run.

Day trading can be more profitable in the situation of market like now, but to get profit we should be focus on that and spend alot of times for that. Only trader with good strategy, has good management of risk and money and possible to manage the emotions can make consistent profit from it.
It is necessary to keep in touch with the market and know about market values and fluctuations in order to take benefit from the coins you have and to sell that on the price little higher that the price on which coins have bought. You have to aware yourself in day time which is important to keep in touch with the market.

I think that day trading is not as profitable as trading short and midterm.
If the assumptions on that you have based your trade are right, why stop in a day?
Move Stop-Loss up to secure profit and maybe sell half or so but then just let it run.
Trailing Stop-Loss is also a nice tool for that, but not many exchanges offer it.

In the time you are letting your trade go on, you are making more money with less risk than starting a new trade.

This looks like a nice concept.
Do traders who want to participate have to fund their own accounts for this challenge?

Would it not be easier to provide demo-accounts with a fixed funding or accounts with a fixed real funding for this challenge?

Re: Time management.

When depending on trading income for your monthly expenses, it is likely that you have to invest 5h+ per day.
But if you cover your monthly expenses with other income, then you can cut that time on trading and focus on research/analysis and do less actual trading.

As with every "hobby" that you turn into your profession, trading wil also become like "work" if you rely on it for your regular income.
So my advice would be to please first cover your monthly expenses with passive income (master nodes, POS etc) and only then start thinking about maybe going full time into crypto.

All these variety of tools are a nice try to help traders but I don't beleive in them and I think they are not a much of help. They are more like a toy.
There is nothing that will predict the price with certainty that is worth mentioning and it will not help youto to become better trader. Don't rely on tools but on your knowledge and experiences.
indeed you are very correct, in predicting crypto with the tool is always missed, I believe more with the science of real prediction is the prediction of self-belief

But how will it help you to predict your self-belief if your goal is to predict the bitcoin price?
I do not really understand your point here.
