Time frame?this year or until bull run comes?because if we are talking instant doubling then it is impossible but if the December date then i may recommend some coins.

I'm not going to say a name, go for top 10 altcoins that haven't surge much in price, I'm less worried about altcoins now because Bitcoin dominance is still very high, there is chances that Bitcoin will still grow higher in next coming weeks, hopefully it will positively affect altcoins

You can buy either ethereum or lumens cause they have not doubled their prices yet. There are several coins which have doubledor even trippled their prices recently. I suggest ethereum because it is still one of the best coin around here. Moreover it is at tank 2 of the chart with high volume and liquidity. Their team has a strong background and the community considers ethereum as an well-known crypto. If bitcoin is called as digital gold, ethereum will be the next generation of digital money

Lumens is a little bit tougher than ethereum. I can not say an exact time when lumen will reach the bullish run but in my mind, i strongly believe that this is always a potential project which can give you more than just double your money. So, its up to you. There are many coins out side waiting for people to diving and digging

If you are really confidence why don't you go all in into bitconnect, you can get a nice return because i think they are going to survive for some time because there's a lot of new people coming in. Neo connect also new (only 7 days and has lending platform (although the daily return is quite small).

I only say the goods only for their bounty and reward since the coins already been traded and have some price.
