Прошло 10 дней с тех пор, как я отправил им деньги по 49712. С тех пор ничего не прошло, все говорят "в ближайшие дни"

I have placed order 49712 (BTC-Alfabank) with 24change.com 10 days ago (on February 7th), sending my bitcoins immediately. However I haven't seen any money from 24change.com since then. The order is still frozen at step two (money received).

Last wednesday I was told that there were technical difficulties and that I'd get my money "today-tomorrow". I didn't. This is very frustrating...
